3 times I’ve ordered off the site and every time the delivery has taken weeks! Why advertise stuff in stock then notify 2/4+ weeks later you haven’t got it in stock or the stock is been delayed, avoid if you want fast items

Ordered Leo work pants and 2 pairs of…
Ordered Leo work pants and 2 pairs of socks on 26th may. Finally delivered on 21st June after almost 1 month only to find that the pants they sent were a different colour to the ones ordered. The delay was blamed on hold ups at the port, but at no point did the website say they were out of stock. Emailed yesterday regarding the wrong colour and still haven't received a reply. They're a small family run business which I do try to support, but would be extremely reluctant to order with them in the future based off this order.

Second pair proves good value
Everything is good about the second purchase of boots. Except once again the delivery is slow..
My first pair of the same boots lost a lot of their outer covering but remained waterproof, comfortable and the sole was fine. Considering the work they did for at least nine months they were fine. Hence second pair!

I can see that the Buckler boots on this order do have a note to advise of longer dispatch times at 5-10 working days. However, I can also note that these were dispatched to you within 13 working days which is not acceptable. We did have a shipment delay which was beyond our control but I understand this should have been better communicated with you, and I will follow up with the team to make sure this is not overlooked again but I can only apologise again that this has been your experience.

However I do see that our courier DPD had informed you that there had been a delay, this is due to the platinum jubilee, sadly this is outwith our control as we ship all our orders out with next day delivery.
