Ordered Leo work pants and 2 pairs of…

Ordered Leo work pants and 2 pairs of socks on 26th may. Finally delivered on 21st June after almost 1 month only to find that the pants they sent were a different colour to the ones ordered. The delay was blamed on hold ups at the port, but at no point did the website say they were out of stock. Emailed yesterday regarding the wrong colour and still haven't received a reply. They're a small family run business which I do try to support, but would be extremely reluctant to order with them in the future based off this order.

Hello.
I am not happy with service !
Order boots , took for a while to be delivered.
Size was too small so i sent it back. No email that they did receive the item. What kind of service is that ? You are not getting any points for that? So theres any possibility to find out wheres my exchange boots ? Which i swapped to other side ?

Product fine

Product fine. Delay on delivery not so good. My emails not answered. Email from manufacturer explaining delay prompted a phone call from me to understand what was going on. Goods arrived 2 days later.

Second pair proves good value

Everything is good about the second purchase of boots. Except once again the delivery is slow..
My first pair of the same boots lost a lot of their outer covering but remained waterproof, comfortable and the sole was fine. Considering the work they did for at least nine months they were fine. Hence second pair!

I can see that the Buckler boots on this order do have a note to advise of longer dispatch times at 5-10 working days. However, I can also note that these were dispatched to you within 13 working days which is not acceptable. We did have a shipment delay which was beyond our control but I understand this should have been better communicated with you, and I will follow up with the team to make sure this is not overlooked again but I can only apologise again that this has been your experience.

Unfortunately, delays on their end can happen however it is completely out of our hands.
