Advertisement didn’t match the product
Advertisement didn’t match the product. I bought a softshell hi-bud jacket, the item matched the picture but it wasn’t softshell just a standard windbreaker jacket. Also took over a week to arrive by that time the storms and rain was long gone.

Excellent 100% waterproof overalls. Practical design and easy to don quite quickly. I work with animals and am also a wildlife volunteer. Quick, practical, reliable kit is crucial as I am outdoors in all weathers often away from immediate access to shelter.

Delivery took weeks
Delivery took weeks! An didn’t even get a receipt which is obviously needed for the tax rebate….. they hardly reply to messages……an use the excuse that there’s only two people employed , well employ more people as if you provide a good service people will come back again…. I won’t be returning

I do apologise about the service you received from us, and that this wasn't to our usual standard.
I do understand that our current dispatch wait is 3-5 working days and we were 2 working days over shipping this out, as we had explained we are only a small business and with a staff absence this was unforuntaley unavoidable.
In regards to a receipt - we are more than happy to send a VAT receipt over for your purchase. We are taking as many steps as we can to be more enviromentally friendly and we have found not every customer requires a VAT receipt so we tend to offer these electronically upon request.

Had a problem with faulty boots , finally got help from Danielle, who sorted the problem out straightaway with efficiency. Just disappointed with the item but no problem with the supplier.

The items I ordered were so much better than expected.
I didn't read the details and the order took longer than I expected to arrive but worth every bit of the wait and customer services were very prompt in their reply when I asked for an update.
I've already recommended them to friends and will definitely order from them again.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry you were so displeased with the service. However, if you would allow me to make a couple of observations as I would note that your review may not be entirely accurate. I can see that your order was shipped to you with DPD next day, recorded delivery. Having followed the tracking number myself I can see that the DPD delivery driver made a total of three attempts to deliver to you prior to the package then being returned to us, as is protocol. I would also note that, after investigation, as far as I can see you did not make any attempt to contact us?
As soon as your item returns to us I would be more than happy to get it re-shipped to you if this is what you would prefer? I understand missed delivery's can be frustrating, and I am sorry you felt that this meant we, as a small business, were worthy of only a one-star review. I have emailed you personally to see if there is anything else we could have done differently to make your experience better.
