The manager Ben is fantastic.
The manager Ben is fantastic. I called up on Monday 11th and asked if they had space to look at my tyre as I had a slow puncture. I explained my situation and he quickly reassured me that they'd check it out and what was the best time for me to pop over. As soon as I arrived Ben made me feel at ease and booked me in. We discussed all options prior to my arrival. As it was they were able to repair my puncture. While I waited I spoke with Darren too, he didn't make me feel as if he didn't have time for my questions. Wiltshire tyres are brilliant, knowledgeable and very polite. I cannot thank Ben enough. And I have already recommended them to everyone.

Had to visit them as I'd realised I had a tyre slashed . . . down to the cord. Although their parking area was just about full, I joined the queue to wait my turn. Everyone in front of me was being advised to return after the weekend. However, as my car was dangerous to drive in its condition, Ben, very kindly said he'd see what they can do, but warned that it may have to wait until Monday. To my surprise and delight, two hours later, I received the call to say I could now collect my car!! Wonderful stuff! As I've had cause to visit 3 times over the last 6 months, Ben, very generously, also heavily discounted the cost. Absolutely delighted with the friendly, helpful and professional service. Will always be my first port of call!

These guys are so helpful. MOT done on time and within an hour, while I waited, with a honest and straightforward advice from the mechanic about the car and when I should plan next service/ new tyres etc. Very friendly chap in reception too. Would recommend.

Big Shout out to Wiltshire Tyres in Andover
Big Shout out to Wiltshire Tyres in Weyhill, Andover.
Was due to have my wheels refurbished, so needed to remove them from the car.
Spoke to (I think) the manager .. Nasa I think is his name, he couldnt have been more helpful.
Had 3 stubborn locking wheelnut that were at the end of their life, and I just couldnt get them off.
10 minutes with a hammer and an Impact driver and all 4 wheelnuts were removed and replaced with normal nuts.
Its hard to find people that will go the extra mile these days, Wiltshire tyres will def be my first port of call in future

Wiltshire tyres went out of their way on a Friday evening to make sure my wheel was changed at home with a stand-by tyre so that a real replacement could be made first thing on Saturday. Excellent service.

They were super helpful and quick at putting new tires on my van. I didn’t call to booking and they managed to supply and fit my new Tires within a 45mins! Plus they were very busy today. Great teams and a great business. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service
I've used Wiltshire Tyres at Weyhill several times for tyres. They've always managed to supply and fit a tyre within 24 hours. Last week I called them about an intermittent fault with the drivers door window mechanism on our Discovery. It had jammed with the window stuck open and we needed it for a long journey the following day. Local garages were all booked up - Wiltshire tyres accepted the vehicle straight away, opened up the door mechanism, inspected it and confirmed all was now well - at no charge. Hard to fault that kind of service!

Great customer service
Great customer service, from the moment I arrived they got straight to the job and fitting my tyres. The new manager was explaining to me about wheel alignment as I thought I may of needed this service too. I got a print out of the state of the alignment ( proof was in the puddling, all those potholes had done damage!). I was there all in all about half an hour to 45 minutes and everything was done. Very happy customer, will be returning 100%! Highly recommend Andover Wiltshire tyres

Great service at short notice
I needed to change all 4 tyres at short notice. I arrived at the Weyhill Road facility just after 5pm and even though they were due to shut at 5.30pm they were very happy to change them there and then. Great service experience, again.
Paul and his team at Wiltshire Tyres Chippenham just delivered excellent service, yet again.
The day before we are due to take the car on the ferry to France, we noticed a whining sound. Suspecting the power-steering I took the car in first thing on Monday without a booking and Paul confirmed it was very likely to be the power-steering pump. He then drove the car in to their workshop, they found a small leak and to get me on the road, temporarily fixed for the trip, topped up the fluid and showed me where to keep topping it up and what fluid to buy for the journey.
What a great service and we hope Paul's leg gets better!

Dangerous!
I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent MOT at this garage. Just FYI: I have given them enough time to do something about it, trying to get in touch via emails - no response...
I delivered my car in perfect condition, but when I collected it, I found that my bonnet does not shut anymore. Despite this, my car passed the MOT and was returned to me in an unsafe condition. If I had driven on the motorway, this could have resulted in a serious accident.
On my way home from the garage - after they PASSED the MOT, a warning light indicated that my bonnet was open. Assuming it had been left unlatched, I stopped to close it but found that it would not shut properly. I contacted the reception and was advised to return to the garage.
Upon my return, the mechanic who conducted the MOT stated, "My job was to open the bonnet and close it, and I did just that, and it closed for me perfectly fine" and mentioned he didn't have time to address the issue further. When I spoke to Paul at the reception, he claimed the damage was coincidental and not the garage’s responsibility. I was then quoted a high repair cost of £377, which was described to me as a discounted price. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quote, he suggested he could charge the full price if I preferred. - RUDE!
I left the garage with a damaged bonnet catch and cable (according to description they gave me, after they had a little look in the parking lot), despite having passed the MOT, which I believe should render the vehicle unroadworthy. Later, I spoke with Kieran on the phone, who reiterated the claim of coincidence, which seemed rehearsed.
I have contacted the DVSA to report this incident, as I believe the garage is liable for the damage as THEY caused it. I brought my car to them in good working order and left with significant damage that compromises its safety.
Despite the fact that they quoted me a rather high price of £377 to rectify an issue that they had caused, I sought a second opinion from another garage, which was able to resolve the problem for a significantly lower cost.
