The first delivery of water 15ltr bottles arrived with bottles missing and the chocolate selection boxes missing. When the rest of the water was delivered the next day the selection boxes where still not there. I rang Winchester Office Supplies, for the second time and explaine that the full order was still not delivered. The person told me that the selection boxes where free,I said I realise this but they still should have been delivered. I was told they would be delivered the next day but they never where.
I know the chocolates whwew an incentive to purchase the water, but they where still a part of the order, and still have not been delivered.

I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Our order was for hard-to-locate document folders, which we tended to order from the main distributor. When even they had a stock shortage, we found Winchester Office Supplies online, and their easy to navigate website confirmed they had the exact folders in stock, and at a price below that we had been paying to the manufacturer/distributor direct. Excellent and will use again.

Order printer online but later on receive call from company it is out of stock. Not upto date website. Received full refund but missed good deal. Office customer service was good.
