Highly frustrated campaign-backers on Kickstarter
As a backer for a Windeler Campaign on Kickstarter - which took more than two years - I'm still waiting for my pledge (like many other backers). During a conversation about a allegedly wrong-sent package Windeler promised to fix it. But nothing happened afterwards. I left countless messages in different ways - they're not responding. I reported the problem on Kickstarter as well - no effect. This behavior is the opposite of reliability.

Ordered and needing to return for credit… website says ‘send us an email and we’ll advise if shipping address for return’ …. I emailed 3 days ago now and still no response. Not impressed with the customer service at all!
