From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Tony was thoughtful and flexible, calling at times that suited us to discuss the work needed. Initially, we were advised to replace the entire front door and frame, but Tony carefully explained that this wasn’t necessary, which significantly reduced the overall costs. This honest assessment made a big difference. Throughout the project, both Tony and Kevin were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to have around. Their workmanship was excellent, and the value for money was clear. Overall, the service felt transparent and reassuring, leaving us very satisfied with the outcome and the entire process.

Tony was fantastic! He was the only company that didn’t try to rip me off by a mile! He was responsive, friendly and went out of his way to help me get my new outside door window replaced as quickly as possible - he even came round on a Sunday to do it! Got the exact type of glass I wanted too. Nothing was too much trouble, he totally went the extra mile, so would 100% recommend him.

Visiting the company in person I was quoted £180 to repair my tilt and turn handle on my stable door was informed that the hinges needed replacing as this was no longer available and would need replacing to a turn only seemed to know what they were talking about so agreed to this,They came within an hour as we were local changed the door handle in under 5 minutes and told us that we had 12 months guarantee paid cash and wasn’t offered a receipt totally ripped off found a replacement handle online for £9.95 at an other window company would not recommend this company or the service provided

Just wanted to say what an excellent repair company this is. We had a problem with our dropped UPVC bifold door. Other companies I contacted "oohed and aahed" but didn't really have much idea. Tony and his colleagues came round and knew exactly what to do and did it PERFECTLY! Now it's like having a new bifold door again.
Also, we needed a couple of door seals replacing which they did very efficiently and without any fuss.
And the best part - the price was really reasonable.
Definitely a 'must use company' if you have any double glazing problems
