The workers were professional and cleaned up after the installation. We were shown how to open and close the windows for cleaning. We were also shown how to remove the screen. They did an excellent job!

A bit disturbing
The manufacturing of the windows is ok average. The mess is to be expected but what wasn't expected is the two guys asking at the end if we had a broom. The answer was no we don't. I only clean with my Dyson and wasn't about to have the crew use my Dyson on all the nails and screws and plastic and paint chips and construction dust. we spent two hours cleaning when they left and more the next morning. What company sends their crew with no cleaning supplies? I found that particularly upsetting.

Windows and Doors
The installation was great. The two men were quite the team. They worked practically non-stop. It took 1-1/2 days to install 10 windows and two doors. They were meticulous and answered all my questions. If I have other windows/doors replaced, I would certainly request the same men. They were truly awesome.

Too many defect in Manufacturing
Too many defect in Manufacturing: Warped window slider, warped windows etc.... Communication is the worst that I have ever seen in a company. finance is disconnected from corporate who is disconnected from the field who is disconnected from the world.
One positive note: The installers were very good.
