The best price around

The contractors who installed the window did a stellar job, but the gentleman who came to do the measurements left a lot to be desired!required us to come to the job site multiple times to get an accurate measurement for the windows that we wanted replaced! The finance option through them is not very clear to accomplish with them

From start to finish, the process of buying windows and the installation was 5 stars. The installers were clean, professional, and did a wonderful job. So happy to have my new windows at such a great price.

Installers did a good job…12 hrs. Manager checked job part way in.
Replacement siding doesn’t quite match original but ok. I am still recommending despite the communication barrier.

The crew that installed the windows did a pretty good job. There was a language problem. They didnt speak or understand English. That made it very difficult.

Installers were very professional, did clean and fast work.

The windows are excellent. The customer service and communication are extremely poor. Our salesperson got our names and email wrong. He didn't provide correct color samples. His boss finally delivered them 10 weeks later. Many emails with rude responses. We bought windows on June 5th, they were installed yesterday on September 17th. 14 weeks.

Good team; timely, professional job, good cleanup. Satisfaction guaranteed! For others replacing Bay Windows specifically, be aware the interior dimensions may change enough that your custom blinds will not fit the new space, in our case by just over an inch.

Way over priced. Their 50% off deals are not true. Obvious by the way they won’t give you a breakdown by window/door of what you are paying for each. They just give you a flat dollar amount. Their communication with each other and with me was terrible. Waiting for responses and not receiving them timely, mostly relating to the initial installation date and the rescheduled date. The 2 stars are for the installation team which was very good but that does not include the installation manager. The branch manager actually helped me out with a small installation issue that I had after I received no response from the manager. I am very thankful for him. Thank you Chris! If I was reviewing just him he would get 5 stars. As far as their response below, I don’t see anything changing. I forgot to mention that my salesman Steve asked me if a $500 Visa card would make me feel better about the inconveniences but he never followed up. Never got a penny. He just ghosted me. Very unprofessional. Oh and finally, Steve also refused to give me my senior citizen discount!

Person doing the work did not speak much English, could not communicate well with me. Did not leave any paperwork for me and the windows had stuff on them that my wife and I had to clean, some of it is still on there

Windows were not completed to our satisfaction and now we are getting the run around. Also felt we were pressured into making a decision immediately by our sales person.

STARTED ON TIME, FINISHED 21 WINDOWS, AND CLEANED UP IN 6 HOURS. SATISFIED WITH MOST WORK, BUT HAD TO REMIND THEM TO CLEAN SMUDGES ON SOME WINDOWS AND WINDOW SILLS. I HAD HOPED for SOME written instructions AS TO LOCKING AND UNLOCKING WINDOWS, AND REMOVING SCREENS WHEN NEEDED.

Quality of work and clean up was excellent. We did have a bit of communication concern in the beginning. But that was resolved quickly. I do think someone should have come to look at the work as it was finishing up. I did look at each window, but a foreman or manager might have seen something I didn't. Otherwise, I love the windows and even my son-in-law was impressed by the workers.

Very professional all around. Sales installation and installation follow-up all very well done.

I had a 1 window project for my house. Absolutely no one that I contacted (Over 10 different places) would do this job except for Window Nation.
These guys are the most professional, most efficient, most courteous, respectful of my property, & caring, PERIOD. Now in my book there's only 1 company that will get my business for windows, window projects, & any of the other services they offer. Price was exactly what I expected & quality of the window that was custom made to order is top notch! Installation crew was proficient, courteous, & very good as well! Can't say how grateful I am that they were willing and able to take care of my window.
