Great install .. great customer service. I had a window that was leaking when it rains and I called for an estimated. From the sales girl to install everything was great. The windows look amazing from the caulking to the install itself.

From demo to installation, to our first repair call (and everything in between), we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen slider windows.
The glass provides a great barrier to the heat of the afternoon sun in our second floor home. The windows are very well insulated so the room is no longer the chilliest in the house. I also love that both sashes are easily removable for cleaning.
The screen is a very good quality, and although it was damaged during installation, the turn around time for on-site repair was just a couple of weeks. That repair occurred today. Within an half-hour's time the technician replaced it and cleaned my windows too!

Quality all the way. From the very first visit, till the installation, the service has been great. The installers who attended our home were professional, efficient, and worked very long hours to have everything completed in one day. The doors and windows are of high quality as were the team. I would recommend them if you are looking to replace your windows and doors.

The Window Nation associate knew exactly what to do, explained the problem, took care of it, demonstrated the proper way to open windows for cleaning, he was on time and polite.

The overall experience of getting my windows put in was great except when I go outside after they left in seen that they stepped on my plant underneath my window, which is like how do not just take a 2 inch step to the one side and he would’ve missed it completely . There always has to be that one window that whoever did it didn’t clean up his mess on the outside. 🤷‍♀️ update I look in now. What a mess.

The experience was good. Could have been great except a cracked window was sent to the job. I was alerted to the fact that it was being sent to the worksite about an hour before arrival. I was able to negotiate a fair temporary reduction to the balance due pending subsequent delivery and installation of the replacement sash.

we liked the workers and the windows. the only concern was the half-moon window. we were told that the trim around the window would be one piece from the factory it wasn't. then we were told the trim guys would put a one piece around the window. the trim guys used two pieces. it looks ok but be up front from the beginning. ask me 5 yrs from now about the windows. we had a problem with a screen the repair guy came in few days and replaced it. we like the company overall but i will say this windows aren't cheap

The salesman new all the items and described everything in detail that I could understand.
The installation team was prompt and went right to work.
The were fast and competent and did a fantastic job.

They promise you a $100 gift card if you listen to their endless and aggressive sales pitch, and then don’t actually send it.

I would recommend going somewhere else if you don’t feel like having someone show you an hour and a half long PowerPoint presentation. Absolute waste of time and more expensive than multiple local companies I checked with.

Two young men came to install my window and were on time. Very polite and did a wonderful job. Left no mess behind,

Reported window trim not installed properly. A service man came out and agreed and said it was to be redone. There is no communication between installers and corporate what was to be done . They came and said everything was fine when the wind can lift the tin 4 to 5 inches , it won't blow off the house . I had to put screws in my self to keep this from happening.

Keith came on time to fix 2 of my window screens that were torn. Efficient and quickly very professional!

Overall we are happy with the end results. Nice windows installed well and look good. My only recommendation is to give your customers better updates. Give a call or text to confirm an appointment time a day or two before. Also have someone call if youre going to be late. We had an appointment for 8-10 on a Saturday. We started getting cars moved and clearing the areas at 7am. Nobody showed up until 10:30 with no prior updates. We started to think you werent coming or we had the appointment time wrong on our calendars.
