installation not completely seamless without problems
The team did do quick work in installing the windows and overall did a good job, but the reason for the three stars is due to an incident during installation in which they ended up breaking one of the windows getting installed in the dining room. The team was installing the window from the outside. the window fell out into the dining room and broke - when this occurred it gouged the wooden floor in the dining room. Still waiting for the window to be replaced and not sure at this point that Window Nation will take responsibility for the damage to the floor. I will say that all the other windows look great and the bow window they installed is absolutely fabulous.

Hardworking install team
Such a hardworking, collaborative install team. They were extremely considerate. They cleaned up and hauled away everything. I would have liked all of the windows cleaned after the installation. That did not happen. That should come with the package considering the cost of the windows.

Whole process was great starting with the salesman. Communication after I signed paperwork was A+, got notifications of when windows were under construction, when shipped, and then a call to schedule installation way sooner than I thought. 2 installers came and were very professional, courteous, and did a great job. Overall a very great experience.

The "so called professionals were only day labors". No respect for our property. Shoddy work. Not at all happy. Will not recommend to anyone. Gabby, Phil and Brain did their best. We had a sash replaced now we have bugs coming in kitchen cause window will not lock properly. We are hard working folk and for the price you all charged..... Forget about it!!!!

Poor outside trim
The outside trim for the window has poor cuts and the wrong color chalk was used. I have white trim but trap chalk was used

Install communication day of was a little confusing as the installer we originally spoke with knew we did not live in the house. The black on the outside of the window that was ok painted not horrible but not the greatest job.
