The guys were great. I did have a dented piece on the front panel of the door that was damaged upon arrival which wasn't their fault. But when they nailed my door in on the inside they didn't cover the nails and it looks horrible. When they come to replace my panel are they able to fix the holes on the inside also if I purchase an electronic lock are they able to put it in. I know we talked about it when we originally ordered the door. Please let me know so I can go purchase one to be installed

They were in and out in 2 hours, all 3 windows done and not a speck of dirt left behind. Very kind, friendly and efficient.

Great Customer Service. October 2025: I had a fogging issue with one of the windows I had installed/purchased in May, 2017. Window Nations technician came out, ascertained the problem and ordered a replacement. Matt returned & installed the replacement window in December, 2025. This was covered by their lifetime warranty. Also, Matt their technician is a credit to their organization. I can say the same about their original installation team.

The Window Nation crew came through from step 1 to completion. Professional service from the consultation to the install. Install went so smooth and quick, and quality didn’t suffer from the speed. Highly recommend sales rep John and Andrew’s installation crew. Couldn’t be happier with the windows.

My husband and I have had many issues with your company thus far. The first being issues with our deposit check. My husband was told you were able to accept it electronically, which apparently didn't happen, the reason being a "system update".
Secondly, our initial measurement appointment was rescheduled due to duplicate appointment on the same day. You were made aware that I would not be in Philly for a week after the measurement due to an unforseen death in the family and yet I was still asked to reschedule.
Third, I recieved a call from our salesman that the check that he physically came to our house and picked up had not yet been cashed. I fail to see how this is our responsibility since it was handed directly to a member of your sales team. This exact issue has since been resolved, but as you can imagine I'm less than thrilled with the entire situation.
Fourth, the reason we went with your company (instead of the company that did our doors) was because we were promised that it would be installed before Thanksgiving. Then being told this is being put off until early December. Once again, communication has been lacking and we were told it would in fact be in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
My husband made a backup appointment for Dec 4, as we understood the timing of installing a door the day before a holiday would not be ideal for the crew. Of course, they were not able to install on that Wednesday due to a delay in shipping. We were initially okay with this, as we had scheduled a back up installation date Dec 4.
Fast forward, Dec 4 rolls around and we have yet to receive any sort of eta from your company. We call ourselves and are told we are not in fact, on your books- despite making this appointment weeks prior.
Luckily, we had to fight for installation on the scheduled date of Dec 4, which began around 1pm. At 5pm, we were told they were "done" and pressured us to quickly sign the agreement and left asap. Shortly after he left our home, we discovered a pile of trash, including wood trim, screws and plastic crumpled in a back corner of our back yard.
What baffles me is the utter lack of communication, respect, or accountability. For such a large and well known company, we figured this process would be smooth and painless and in fact, it has been anything but. This company should be ashamed of this entire situation, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Save your time, energy and money and go with literally anyone else.

The workers arrived on time, very friendly and hard workers. Well trained for sure. They figured out a way so we would not have to remove any Plantation Shutters! They cleaned up very nicely when job was done.

Workers were professional and courteous

We paid over $16,000 for windows. We have had issues with them since installation. We were sold on the idea that the glass reflects heat on the outside through a demonstration with a heat lamp. It does not. We baked in the picture window in the summer. Now in the winter, it is like we are sitting outside due to the draft. It took over 2 weeks to even have someone respond. Yesterday, a service person came out and told us we should expect drafts from slider windows!!! My 13 year old budget windows were better than what i replaced them with! We made a big mistake using Window Nation after my brother referred them. Their windows do not match what they sold us in the sales meeting. There is no response to customer service concerns; and, now we just get the run around. Please don't make our mistake!

The installers were extremely professional. Unbelievably neat. Cleaned up everything. Put anything they move back in its place. Explained the windows in details especially the slider in the dining room, which my husband & I love. We are so glad our salesperson, William suggested this.
Only, 1 issue. There seemed to be a miscommunication on the number of screens needed. I was assured by our Salesperson we would receive them soon.

Excellent crew, arrived on time and diligently worked through the day with minimal break and completed the job after it got dark.
