Well, the crew that came to our house was nothing but professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend window nation to anyone.

From start to finish Window Nation did a great job. Our design consultant was knowledgeable and professional -- no hard sell. The installation team were on time. They were courteous and extremely efficient. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows.

The installers were very professional and efficient. I had 6 windows to replace; one installer cut out and removed the old window, the next cleaned and prepared for the new window and last one installed the new. As the first installer finished removing he came back to finish trimming and sealing the first window and the rest followed suit. As soon as one got free he started cleaning. The lead installer explained the installation, answered any questions I had and showed me how to work and take care of the windows. Before they left he made sure I inspected everything and was satisfied.

Salesman explained everything in detail. Window was installed without issue. Easy to reach salesman if needed. Returns calls ASAP. Would recommend this company.

I had a custom picture window, a kitchen window and a slider in my dinette installed by Window Nation. This one day installation job of three items was done as scheduled and the 2 man crew was very efficient, competent and cleaned all areas of work!! Their work was capped beautifully, well caulked; an excellent ‘clean’ job. They stayed extra time to make sure everything was done satisfactorily to me, the windows worked properly and they explained window operation and locks. They answered all my questions. I am always grateful to have good technicians working on my home! My motto is: “Done once and done right”! Just in time for Thanksgiving!! Thank you!

Product and installers are great! The last window arrived later due to damage and had to be reordered. One window was not what was ordered but I have to commend the whole team for their persistence to make things right. Very professional. I’d recommend them, absolutely.

All three technicians worked very hard all day to get my windows installed in one day. Very pleased with their service. They were careful of my house, very organized and considerate.. They did an exceptional job with the windows. They worked until dark, but didn’t skip any steps or rushed their job. They cleaned up afterwards and you could never tell they were even here.

I had 5 windows installed and all have visible damage to the windowsill and/or the window itself that was not present prior to installation. A hole was made in the wall due to the ladder slipping/falling during cleanup. Additionally, the bedroom windows do not seem to be producing an air-tight seal as a draft of cold air can be felt when the windows are closed and locked. One window has the screen installed incorrectly as the left side does not sit flush to the window. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the installation as the work nowhere reflects the price paid for the service. I was told that the installation would occur between the hours of 12-2pm. The technicians arrived late and took 6 hours to install, vacating my property at 8pm. The technicians, while friendly, were incredibly unprofessional. They were audibly taking a phone call, on speaker, for the majority of the time they were in my home. Significant amounts of trash were left in my yard which I was unable to see until the following morning due to the late hour in the evening that my job was completed. The technicians appeared to be rushing through the installation as is reflected in the quality of work I recieved. The caulk was applied hastily and does not look professional. The quality of this installation is below par and not one I would have expected from a company of this stature. I have significant damage to my newly purchased property due to the trust I placed in Window Nation.

No documentation given when windows were installed. It seems that is a normal procedure with the company based on what I was told. Would have liked to have had documentation stating what type of windows were installed. Customers should receive copies if they are being asked to sign documents. Thank you

The installers were efficient, did excellent work, and were helpful with taking down and reinstalling blinds I was unable to take down on my own. Also very clean work.

Very happy with window nation Steve and Pete called and came out to my house and fixed the lock on my door they spent the time and got it right they are so good at what they do I appreciate that they called right away and came here they are 5 star people

Sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. Didn’t make you feel pressured at all. Answered all our questions. Installation team was also friendly and informative throughout the process. Professional and clean also. My new windows are beautiful!!
