Find a company that cares!
We had windows installed this summer for $16,000 in PA. We sat through the sales demonstration and saw one window and were sold a very different window. They made a big deal on how the window reflects heat. Sitting in front of our front picture window is like being an ant under a magnifying glass. Now that cold weather has hit, we had 6 of the 12 windows installed with condensation due to broken seals. The above mentioned picture window now feels as if we are sitting outside. Our curtains literally move from the air. We have called repeatedly with no response. Terrible window and terrible customer service!

The installer arrived punctually. He was skilled and courteous. He answered all my questions. He figured out how to remove and reinstall my shades and worked around other window treatments. He cleaned up after the installation. The finished job looked beautiful.

The window itself is beautiful
The window itself is beautiful. The insulation in my living room is beautiful. They cleaned up and they did everything really nice except the outside where they did the new roofing and caulking is a sloppy job. They smeared dirt in the in the calk they put on they rubbed the fingers back and forth. There is all dirt in the caulk the cutting of the metal along the roof. One edge is jagged.The other one is straight. The roof tiles are lifting. I need a service call.

The problem has not being fixed. Windows were not done properly.
A Represenative came out twice an one none of the issues are fixed as yet?
He has not sent any one to correct the windows that has the problem.
