Excellent service
WindowNation reacted to my request for service seriously even though it was a minor repair. They followed up immediately and scheduled my repair appointment timely. Service Representative,Steve, showed up early, was extremely professional, competent and friendly.

Install whirlwind
The windows look great and are performing nicely! We had a little trouble scheduling the install, they tried to schedule before the manufacturing was complete. Also, we had 28 windows done and had planned on 2 days. Instead, they had 6 guys come, took over the whole house and blasted through the install in one day. That wouldn't have been bad, but we've been finding metal shards and debris inside the house (outside too, but that's not as concerning) and they didn't finish until 6p.

Great salesman, beautiful windows. Clean, trustworthy and quick installers.
To start, the salesman was very pleasant! No hard sell tactics. He knew that he was selling a great product.
When the installers came, they were very courteous and Giovanni was pleasant to work with. The crew worked very quickly! They were near and respectful about being in our home. When they were finished inside, the rolled up their tarps picked and vacuumed their work areas and proceeded outside to finish the capping.
They were done installing 11 widows in less than 6 hours!

Window installation was excellent
Communication was excellent regarding the installation date. The crew replaced 13 windows in 5 hours. Work areas were clean after installation. Outside window wrapping was well done. Overall very satisfied with the installation process. Victor and his crew were great.

We love our windows

These windows are poorly made
These windows are poorly made. The very next day of my install I saw problems that needed to be fixed. How is that possible. I noticed a torn screen, a window that would not latch and had a huge gap between the latch and window leaving air flow in. There was a screen that would not slide to the other side and one screen was installed backwards. The topper of this though was a window that would not stay open. It took several weeks before they could come out to do these repairs. I had 16 windows installed and I am still finding latching problems and gaps letting air in to the house. When you spend the kind of money I did for these windows you expect more. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Now I have windows that are poorly made and do not work properly and years worth of payments to make. Wish I had chosen a different company now.

I could say that the installers were very good and fast. Regarding the seller, I don't have a very good review, since he told me that the windows would take 6 to 8 weeks and they were ready until week 13, twice as long as promised. I also asked for tinted windows and for the bathroom windows with more privacy, but that didn't even happen! 5 stars for the installers, 2 stars for the seller.

Great install and great great service!
The installers showed up on time and the job was done within hours neat, clean, and professionally installed.. they took all the old windows and the braid away with them neatly and left nothing behind that was trash.
Of course as time goes on and the weather gets colder I will really see the difference in the windows or even the install how good it is, how it measures up, I will be checking ,until I get to that point I'm giving them a very high rating!

Instal team challenge
It was a bit disappointing that several aspects of the order were wrong: the size of the door was wrong - a bit too big - so measurements taken were wrong. The install team had to struggle to get it to fit - and it took a long time. They had to saw into the stucco a bit - which is not ideal!
The wrong color door handle was also delivered - as was the indoor frame (wood instead of white). Instal team did a good job.

Would not recommend.
Interior trim was included in my project. WN used Aluminum INSIDE the house instead of wood between windows where they were within the same picture frame. Installed 1 window crooked 1/2" over 2'. Caulking was sloppy and EVERYWHERE. Emailed salesman, Elvin, and never got a response. Waiting on the correction for the poor install. Will update if everything gets corrected. 10/13/25
