This prompt asked me what went wrong.. well, what did not go wrong?
From the extremely long sales pitch, to multiple orders coming back incorrect, to multiple people taking incorrect measurements, not to mention that we started this process in March. It is now the first week of October and we are still not done..
Every single time Window nation sent somebody out to get something completed. It was done wrong..
They ordered wrong type of windows, put doors on backwards. Complete mess!!!
The amount of time we have spent on location with the technicians for them to either install or fix something is actually insane. Why does it take someone eight hours to put a door on??
I would never suggest this company to anyone. They have extremely incompetent technicians, and they literally don’t care about how often mistakes are made. I’m at least happy everything has gotten fixed, or hopefully will be fixed.

Installers were friendly, courteous and professional. We had 27 windows installed in only about 9 hours.

The product is excellent and the look is just what we wanted and were told it would be. The installation with two exceptions (one minor and one more major) was efficient. Considering we had our whole house (17 windows and two doors) done in basically a day that was amazing.

Great experience from the salesman to final installation crew. Our salesman Karl, was so knowledgeable about not only his product but all his competitors as well. Very informative display tools helped the sales process along as well as step by step financing details. This made everything about my Window Nation choice comfortable. The installation crew were awesome. They called with a window of time of arrival and began work immediately. The trio of 3 professionals did not stop working, no lunch break and said very little to each other. They worked in harmony and never used their phones. Clean up was excellent . No evidence that any work was done. Great job.

We just had 4 windows installed five days ago. The 2 men were courteous and efficient. They were careful to be neat and they cleaned up everything inside and out. They covered my couch and table that were left in the room to avoid getting any work dust on it.
The windows are easy to open and close and they look amazing compared to my 38 year old windows.

Great group of guys came to do our windows. Pablo Silva and his crew were very professional. No messes were left as they cleaned up everything. Would recommend them to anyone.

The process was flawless from start to finish.

The screens were the not the correct size so could not be installed, which was not a problem to me to wait longer. However, the contractor (who installed the windows themselves well and in a professional manner) could not give me information on when the new screens would be installed or any other information, which I understand as his job is only to install the windows, but he could not explain the job completion form but made me sign it regardless. This now seems to be my mistake to sign it, though I don't think he would have left without it and like I said I understand there was nothing he could do about it in that moment and couldn't give me more information on order timeline. However, this caused the billing period to initiate with their external financing company even though the screens are still not installed and I still do not have an ETA for them. The financing company says that is not their problem, is a "service issue" but cannot explain what that means, and the screens are not included in the "equipment". I signed to pay for windows including screens but the screens were not installed so unless the screens are free, I did not get what I said I would pay for and due recent communication issues to try to sort this situation out, I am afraid they will not be installed if payment is initiated. As if now, it's seems I am unable to wait until the screens are installed and the job is completed with screens as this may be after the allowed 30 days after the initial install that the financing company allows and I will be in danger of paying more in interest or violating the payment contract, even though the job is incomplete.
