The crew showed up at appointed time. The three were very organized and efficient. They were very careful about my property to avoid any damage. They were quiet and communicative as needed. They cleaned up as the work progressed. Clearly they were well trained and had worked for WN for sometime. When they were finished, asked me to inspect their install. They cleaned and vacuumed everything. The lead installer then explained the paperwork he was asking to be signed and presented the final invoice for payment.

Team was very knowledgeable about the install, friendly, welcomed questions, on time and went directly to work, efficient- did an overall great job!Of even more importance, the supervisor returned because i had concerns with color match and touchup which he remedied quickly and much to my satisfaction- he was super! Thank you gentlemen- my cats can finally see clearly what's outside!

Absolutely horrible quality of windows and their customer service is even worse. It’s been a whole year experience from hell from dealing with their installers who were not professional who talk like sailors in the front yard to dealing with their incompetent customer service talking to 10 different people to try to get something figured out when I had multiple problems with cracked windows window locks not locking etc. do not buy from them. The quality of Window that they are sellingis not the same as you get.

The service person that came to the house was very pleasant and helpful.
When I called in with the original issue I was very clear on what was wrong and what was needed... The lock for the door completely broke off.... I can't understand why the part wasn't ordered at that original call. So now I'm still waiting and I still have a door that doesn't lock.

Prompt, professional. Amount of trash to be removed was surprising. The crew did an excellent job on clean up. Was informed of the process prior to work and walked through the features after completion.

They came in they work professionally They got the job done quickly They cleaned up after themselves. They walked us through the windows as soon as they were done. No complaints friendly installers.

The four young men who came to install my windows were so amazing! They were polite and considerate. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They worked hard all day installing 20 windows and when they finished you would have never known they were there. They cleaned everything up. The windows are beautiful.

We received our installation which the supervisor had to come out to complete! He was wonderful! However, I do not feel our installer would have corrected the problems.

Very good customer service

I had 22 windows, plus patio door and front entry door installed earlier this year. Six of those windows, plus the patio door were not properly installed. After the first visit by a technician, the problems were still not resolved.
Jeff Weber, the second technician who came out discovered the problems and had to schedule another visit. He did an excellent and very thorough job in fixing the improperly installed windows and door. This rating is on the repairs only!

The installation team was very efficient.

The windows looked great when they were done! The loss of one star was due to the installers not being neat when using my bathroom (ie urine on the outside of my toilet- my little boys have better aim!) and a chip they left on the corner of a wall. Fortunately, the toilet was cleaned and the chip was repainted but both were certainly avoidable.

Jeff was great. He was very professional, efficient and personable.

All my windows were done. 3 diff times. This last time 2 attic windows. These two guys did everything to protect my home. Windows were installed in a timely fashion. And when they were done. They passed sweeper on everything in their path and More!!!!
The two guys were clean cut, gentlemen, courteous. They both deserve a raise.
This is not a review to encourage you. It’s not fake.
I have a clean home and expect nothing but the best performance and I GOT JUST THAT!!!!!!

From start to finish I was informed of the status of my order and who to call with any questions. The work crew was hard-working, organized and easy to be around.

The technician was no problem. On time, friendly, tried to fix the problem. Not his problem the product and the original installation was very poor. I will never engage Window Nation to do any further work regarding the installation of windows. They originally installed the wrong size patio sliding door, now the window doesn't lock. You would think the building moved away from the original lock position. A new window. I had better service with jackleg windows installed on another house location, never any problems. This is very disturbing being 73 years of age and I live on the ground floor. I do not feel safe!

Quality windows. Everything was explained well. The install crew took their time and showed me each step in the process. Clean up afterwards was thorough.
