2 yr old windows installation. At the time of purchase WN was cheaper of 3 companies. 1 company was selling the exact window for almost 50% more. No problems with windows, had trouble locking a double window.WN sent out a tech, he was on time. Very personable, showed me is was my error. Window operates just fine. I recommend WN

Poor experience overall
The installers were wonderful, 5 stars. The process for getting the material was awful. First, the patio door was back ordered and then the wrong item was sent. When I was finally called to schedule installation of the proper glass panels I could not reach the scheduler because the phone system was down. It took over 2 weeks to get a call back/reach someone to actually schedule the installation of the proper glass in my new patio door.

The installers Dave and Jim were professional, friendly and talked us through the steps they were taking installing our windows. Beautiful job, well done, very impressive how easily they removed and installed the windows. We were thankful for a beautiful day in which to complete the job.

Impossible to schedule or change a service appointment
Our door is awesome but as far as getting someone on the phone to change a service appointment and then having them cancel a service appointment 2 hours after they were supposed to to be at our house was frustrating. I was transferred to 3 different people on the phone to try to change our service appointment a week before it was scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances that came up. In the end we kept the original appointment to have someone call us at 10 Am to cancel when the appointment was between 8-11.

Hard workers
Everyone, from the sales representative to the installers of the windows, has been extremely nice. The installers, Edwin and Alex, are very hard workers. They work well together, are very thorough and cleaned up after the job was completed.
