Nick and his co-worker are fantastic. Very professional and tried to find the leak we were having. They went above and beyond.

Had to arrange to be available a second time, as five of 23 window screens were damaged at install time. Not expected with new install. Sent a note to Operations Officer, as well as CEO and have yet to hear back from either. The repair person did arrive early. I was unable to be home but was able to accommodate by having someone else at home.

I'm very happy with the workers doing the work on both occasions.
They were very professional in all aspects of the work performed.

We had Window Nation replace our windows, and overall the process started off great. The salesperson who came to our home was excellent—very informative, professional, and made us feel comfortable with the purchase. Pricing seemed fair, and communication leading up to installation was smooth. The installation itself went well, with no issues that day.

The disappointment came with one specific window. We paid extra to have tempered glass installed in our bathroom window, expecting it to provide privacy while still letting light in. Unfortunately, it does not give the privacy we were assured of—people outside can still see in, which makes us very uncomfortable. We would not have paid extra for this feature had we known how ineffective it would be, and it would have been helpful to see an example beforehand. We will now have to buy window film anyway.

Another concern is that there was no follow-up call after installation. The only call we received was to collect the remaining payment. When I mentioned our bathroom window issue during that call, the response was simply that they process payments but would “pass the info along” and maybe send someone out to order a replacement window. At that point, everything was already installed, so that wasn’t a practical option for us.

Other than that one window, the rest of the windows seem fine, but this experience left us disappointed.

The 2 gentleman were very good at there job. They put cloths in front of the windows. They knew what they were doing. They did every step from taking them out to putting them back in. They cleaned everything up. I highly recommend them.

The contractor was excellent. The project advisor was very knowledgeable. The project was done on time and maybe a little earlier than anticipated.

They were responsive and provided updates along the way. The installation crew was friendly, effficient and cleaned everything up before leaving.

The experience was great. I love the windows and Edwin sure knows what he's doing. if I ever get any more windows I want Edwin to do the work

The Installation Crew was great. They really worked together and did a fantastic job. Pleasant and experienced in what they were doing. We are impressed.

I'd just like to say from the initial phone call to the first appointment everyone was great. The entire process was effortless. The salesman was fantastic going over options. The financing process was a breeze. The final measurement was a success. They called and said they had a confirmation on when windows would be in. They scheduled installation date. The crew called me about a half hour out. Crew arrived and let me say they did not disappoint. The crew was absolutely amazing they did an outstanding job, they were clean.very respectful and treated my home as if they owned it. The installation was a two day process and I can say they busted there butts..I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know. My neighbor's even stopped by and said they did amazing work and craftsmanship. Only complaint that I have is I was told when I initially called that If I scheduled with them and went forward with the installation I was going to receive a hundred dollar Visa card, which I have not received. But if you are looking for great quality windows and a crew that you can trust call window nation and schedule an appointment today..

The experience from sales to installation was great. I was kept updated on my order all the way to installation day. I am very satisfied with the windows and the whole experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

David and Jim did an excellent installation. Arrived on time neat and clean. Paid attention to detail. Would recommend Window Nation in a heartbeat. From purchase to install a perfect 10. All transactions should be this great. Kudos to them.

Window Nation was the best choice we could have made for replacement windows. The salesman, window product, and installation crew were superb and wonderful with which to work. The installation crew was efficient, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the entire project area before leaving. We would recommend them very highly to others anticipating a window project.

The initial installation attempt was very poor by the contractor WN used. They left off a piece of inner trim on all the windows, and forgot to complete the inside on one window altogether (even left the large sticker on it.) They didn't caulk the sliding glass door. The company did send two men to complete everything within a couple working days. They said the contractor was fired. The windows themselves don't seem quite up to the quality of a MI window and sliding glass door we previously had installed- the MI hardware seems to work smoother. This time it was 12 windows plus another sliding glass door.
