Our entire experience from start to finish was awesome !!! Our salesman Brandon was great no sales pressure from him. The scheduling team made took care of every detail that needed to be done. The install guys showed up and were friendly, respectful, cleaned as the went and even took their shoes off every time they came in the house. I could not have ask for a more enjoyable experience. My installer came when they said they would. He was friendly and professional. The windows were in without scratches or any issues. The windows worked as intended. The installation was good except they used too much calking or silicone. It was over a good amount of window surface and not only the seam. It may have been that they were working fast to beat the storm. The next day I told the installer, and he came back to ensure that all of that corrected. It was!

We did not receive the windows we ordered. Then had to wait 3 more months for the correct ones to be installed. Some of the screens were not included. Still waiting on a replacement screen for one that came torn. Supposedly this is a problem with the supplier, however this reflects on Window Nation. They are working with us but unfortunately the person we were in contact with is no longer working there.

When the Tech came to make a repair to one of my screens recently, he noticed another issue with that same screen at that time. He could have easily ignored it and moved on, but, he had the integrity to call it to my attention promising to return and repair it asap.

Customer service
After waiting over a week for a response from your service department, my wife started making calls to your company. Finally getting someone to act on our failed inspection. We had a service tech out and he needed to order several new windows. They will ship Oct8th. Started June 10th.
