The sale process went well. Smooth and not pushy. I felt like they were honest about my needs and I felt the price was fair.

Install and potentially the quality has me bit nervous. The installation was not completed due to missing parts and one of our window balances were busted leaving the window inoperable. Despite the install not being completed the rest of our project was charged to the finance partner (even though we were told the project wouldn't be charged until the project was completed). We have 2 windows that do not lock well after the first time opening them due to misaligned locks. We let WindowNation know to add that to our service request that was created for us due to the missing parts, after that I got a response that it was added and they were "waiting on parts".. I have no ETA on project completion, no response from our Sales Manager when I raised these concerns via email. I told them I could not, in good conscience, leave the glowing review I'm sure they were hoping for without some resolution on what's next, but haven't heard back. With the amount we paid for Windows, I'm sure they'll resolve my concerns, but needing a service claim within the first 24 hours of ownership, the lack of response or clarity on what's next, and charging us for a project that has yet to be completed is more than a tad frustrating.

Being able to talk with employees like Scott when he came to measure the windows,very honest and knowledgeable and could answer your questions. Then there was Chris who set up the appointment for installation just down to earth and you could tell he likes where he works and spoke highly of the company and was eady to work with. Next the crew that showed,they did an outstanding job and they also spoke very highly of the company, it's very comforting knowing one goes with a company that is rated so highly by their employees.

Kirby was kind and friendly. I showed him the problem and he had windows fixed right away!

Window nation was great from the start.Damian Fortenberry did a great job with sales was knowledgeable about the product. David and his crew did an excellent job installing the windows and did a an amazing job cleaning up. David noticed a couple of screens that were damaged and took them back to the shop to be repaired. My family and I have definitely noticed a big difference in our home with the window nation brand of windows. Very pleased that we used window nation for our windows. Thanks

Jedd, Bryan and Jennifer were my installers here in Kansas City. They had a system down that was very impressive. The install was done exactly the way it was described with they products I was told they would be using. The windows are level and square. They really took care to make sure the foam insulation had great coverage, The windows look great on my home and the trim they put on the outside is Fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased.

We love the new windows. The staff that put the windows in was very professional and fast. I would recommend to anyone who needs windows.

They look good, I like the installers.

Although the installers were very polite, they seem to lack the knowledge and the tools to remove the old frames from 6 windows in my older concrete and stone basement. They resorted to breaking the glass out of the windows and pounding and pounding on the old window frames until they came out. The pounding on the old windows, cause cracks around the existing stone and
concrete basement window frames. Some of the new windows did not look like they were properly centered in the opening. There was at least an inch of foam installation around some of the windows frame with nothing covering the foam, and they acted as if I was supposed to accept this as completed. After speaking with their boss, they came back the following Monday and cover the existing foam with trim work. Still not totally happy with the way things were done throughout this contract, but the house does seem to be quieter and temperature is more consistent

Workers arrived on time, were very through and cleaned up after themselves. Would hire Window Nation again.

I called with my issue and they got me serviced quickly. Kept my update about my upcoming appointment. The customer service was pleasant and knowledgeable. The service tech Kiby was respectful and explained the process of what he was doing. I highly recommend Window Nation for your window needs.
