Window Nation misrepresented the color…
Window Nation misrepresented the color of my windows ensuring they would match my other windows on my house. They do not match, and are now acting like I should have known the name of the color, Sandstone Vs Tan. My recommendation is throw $10,000 in the trash, wait several months, then spend another $10K on windows from a reputable company.

You left out very important information…
You left out very important information about the install. The New windows would eat up a good portion of the inside windowsill, the blinds we had paid so much to have installed now don’t fit and stick out at least an inch- 2inch, had I known this I would not have done it. Or I would have insured the windows stay the same dimensions inside. These were a direct replacement of same type and size of window, not sure how this happens.
When I went back to reinstall the blinds, I had a nice surprise.

Very smooth process from beginning to end, each part of the team was aware of what the other was responsible for. 3 person installation team was outstanding, on time and finished early. Clean up was better than I might have done myself LOL.

after french doors were installed there…
after french doors were installed there was a gape at the botten of door about 9 inch of daylight could be seen from house to go outside. The second guy that came out about 2 weeks later fixed it . He did a good job.

Ordering windows is a learning process…
Ordering windows is a learning process dealing with many different people from the initial consultant, to the man measuring the windows, to getting HOA approval, to the man scheduling the installment, to the man actually doing the installment , and finally to the man who came back to finish the caulking. HOA approval took the longest since my HOA has a tendency to always delay approval on requests. My hope and prayer is that the windows will be worth the money.

Mixed experience
The sales person was thorough. The people who completed the warranty repairs made every effort to finish the project to our satisfaction.
Communications could have been better. Some damage to exterior window trim and was not disclosed.
