I was pleasantly surprised when the team arrived. They were scheduled between 8 AM and 12 PM on November 10, 2025, but showed up before 8 AM, ready to start the window installation. They worked quickly, did an excellent job, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.

When Joe first contacted me, I wasn’t sure whether to move forward with a contract, but I’m glad I did. So far, the company has been great to work with, and I even received an upgrade at no extra cost. The new windows are beautiful, and it’s amazing how such a simple change transformed the entire look of the house.

I initially replaced only two windows to test their service, but I’m already planning to have the second-floor windows done next year. I highly recommend this company for their outstanding service—from both the contractor and the salesperson who reached out to me.

I love my new windows and sliding door. I had a hinged door that I couldn’t open because the carpet we installed was too high. The old bathroom window leaked cold air like a sieve, especially when it was very windy. None of the old windows fit securely, so there were drafts. The new windows are a beautiful, clean white. They are easy to operate, although they are heavier than the old ones because they are double paned. The mullions are between the panes, so nothing needs to be removed to clean the windows. I live in a senior community where we get spring and fall cleaning that includes windows. These will be easier for the guys to clean.

The whole experience from beginning to end was great. I had a knowledgeable sales person who gave me good information and answered my questions. The financing process was easy, as was the scheduling of measuring my windows and the production. The new windows were ready sooner than the estimated time. Scheduling installation was also easy.

The crew of three arrived within the scheduled time frame and were finished before 5:00 pm. I’m not sure if they even took time for lunch. Of course there was some noise as they took out the old windows, but it wasn’t bad at all. I live on the third floor, but the only special equipment needed to be able to work outside was a ladder. Non-skid tarps were laid on the floors in front of the windows to catch any debris. There wasn’t much, and the installers cleaned up as they finished an area.

I’ll give Window Nation and the whole process an A+.

The crew were professionals that came into my home and worked non stop to accomplish the task of replacing 6 windows. They were very courteous.

The pricing and positive reviews on Trust Pilot solidified our decision to go with Window Nation.
The installation was done well and with care, and matches the look of the windows.
My reason for only giving four stars regards our contract, in which we specified the removal and replacement of mini blinds as part of the project. This information was not provided to the installers, so we had to make numerous phone calls and wait for two days to have the blinds put back up. However, WN did correct their mistake to our satisfaction.
Overall I recommend Window Nation for it's product and installation.

Arrived on time. Used drop clothes and cleaned up their workspace afterwards. Very courteous. The windows are beautiful.

Had three very large sliding windows and picture window installed on Nov 5. Installers came early and did an excellent job. There were two scratches on one window and two slack screens that need to be addressed which I called the next day for them to handle. Will monitor their response. Would also like a copy of the warranty.

The guys were very polite and stayed on task. The team of 3 guys were very clean and completed the job of replacing 13 windows in just one day.

Window installer was careless with his tools. He laid his dirty tools and jacket on my bed with no protection.

Window Nation was great from start to finish. They did not try to oversell product, their windows are mid-cost, and they completed the install much quicker than expected. I had sought quotes from several companies but their product seemed either low quality or were way too expensive. Window Nation came through as the logical choice. Also, the original person that I spoke to remained my primary contact with the company from start to finish. I have several more windows to replace and Window Nation will be my go-to window company.

Windows are great. Exactly what we ordered (9 casements). Installers were great, hard working, very efficient.
My only concern was that we received no phone call, text, or e-mail verifying that they were coming to install today. They just showed up at 8:15 out of the blue therefore my advance prep was not done. The installers apologized and took care of it all. Thank them all!

I like the product and the installers were very professional.

The window construction seems a little chincey and there are some scratches on the interior side plastic frame maybe from the install or possibly from the transportation to the job site. The installers were great. Quick, clean and professional.

The men were professional and very courteous. I was very impressed when one of the men came in and introduced himself to us and proceeded to cover the floors and made sure all the furniture and floor were covered. They answered every question I asked and made sure everything was properly installed. We arae very happy with the windows.

Horrible experience with customer support job was not finished to satisfaction and the screen door is not the proper fit and they were unprofessional and unacceptable
