Window Nation Install & Corrections Follow-up Looking Good
Although the original window order was incorrect WN and installers were efficient to get things corrected. WN called immediately to verify issues and has been very responsive. Final resolution is pending but looking really good on their followup. No-one wants to deal with mess-ups but the follow-up is key.

Truly impressed with the install. Clean, Fast, and excellent. Home has never loooked so good ! And we haven't finished siding or painting. Beautiful update!

Installers great, but errors mean re-work
The installers were professional, clean, and communicative. They were able to address dry rot in one of the frames right away.
Sales lady's presentation was excellent and she was able to maximize discounts for us.
Errors were made in measurement of master bedroom windows that weren't caught. Possibly something as simple as mis-keying on a 10-key. Unfortunately this means having to wait a month to get our last 2 windows in.
We also put in a change order regarding obscuring windows in the bathrooms. Then we changed back after talking with the measurer and that change was not documented. There was confusion on work day but ultimately our wish to have non-obscured windows there was granted and that's how they arrived.
Also a manufacturing error with one window missing stoppers, so widows beside each other open to different heights.
Office staff were quick to turn around fixes, so still waiting for a date for the re-work.
