Three of my windows were not right at first but they fixed the issues and now I am 100% satisfied with them. The service was great. The installation crews were wonderful.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware!! Caulking only a one year warranty. Caulking should be better quality. Cost to me to replace Caulking is $70 a window. Screens allow small insects inside. I'm very dissatisfied with the installation and quality of the product.

Ensuring our customers ' satisfaction is our number one priority, and on the rare occasion we fall short, as you've expressed, we would like to correct it.
Your warranty covers your window’s parts and materials for the entire time you live in your home, plus 15 years for the parts and materials for the next homeowner. Your labor warranty is separate, lasting for 1 year, 5 years, or a lifetime, depending on your contract, and 1 year once it's transferred to the new homeowner. Once your labor warranty ends, a small fee will be associated with your service; however, your parts will be covered.

Great start and they couldn’t deliver
Started off so well with a very flexible salesperson and from there just went downhill. Work was promised (and quoted and paid for) that wasn’t possible, spec changes were made without consulting us (an entirely new door different to what was ordered), and then the screens didn’t fit and 2 months later they still haven’t been fixed despite two service visits. Not sure where the breakdown was but would not recommend even at low prices. The only reason for the 2 stars vs. 1 star is that the crew that installed the windows was fantastic. Pity their expertise has been let down by head office incompetence. Mistake on our part but a lesson for the future.
