The project went as stated from the beginning. The installers came on the schedule day but it was raining and sleeting. I requested them to come back next week. So received a call from Window Nation and a new date was set. The installers were very polite and as I watched them install the new windows I observed them checking their work to make sure it was just right. Aaron and Mike completed the project and cleaned up any mess that was made.

I dont think this company cares at all about its customers. I don’t care about helping this company improve. I hope window nation goes outta business. Bad communication from WN local office, a ton of, American replacing immigrants, doing a shitty job installing the windows, and a bungled replacement of windows that were broken on install or miss measured to begin with. 😑

Very professional installation. They cleaned up and even touched up paint.

The guy's showed up and went right to work, nonstopped all day working as a team. The 1st problem is they were short 1 window that some how was not ordered. So my house has all new windows but 1. The 2nd problem was mother nature and poor scheduling between my wife and who ever set the date. 20 degrees when these guys started taking windows out and in no time the inside of my house was very cold and the heater ran all day. I am thankful these guys worked hard to get the job done.

They were very polite and respectful as well as professional. They moved items that I couldn't move as well. I would recommend Window Nations. They installed the windows and cleaned up any debris that fell.

had 8 regular sized windows and one large picture window replaced in a little over 5 1/2 hours. crew did a good job and were professional. did a good job of cleaning up and removing all old windows and screens.

They did a good job communicating and getting the crew in as soon as the window was assembled and ready to be installed. There was one tiny issue the repair order and what needed to be done (replacing frame). The crew didn't have the necessary materials at the time of original installation, but they came back quickly and sorted it out without any issues. I appreciate the crew for coming back and sorting it all out. Thanks again.

Poor System for scheduling services. Took a month. Finally after 3 follow up phone calls did get appointment scheduled for service.

We signed a contract in April. The installers showed up once and partially installed a door and window before leaving after three hours on a Friday afternoon, saying they didn’t feel well. The first time it rained, the door leaked. After several calls to WN, the installers returned and completed the job—except they did not have the sliding glass door we had ordered. Over the next several months, after many calls to customer service and repeated explanations that our sliding door had been shipped to the wrong location, the door was finally installed. However, it arrived without the screen door. We have now been waiting on the screen door for months and have been told multiple times that it, too, was sent to the wrong facility. At one point they even scheduled an installation, but after failing to show up at the scheduled time, I called and was given the same excuse again. The first time I heard this, I could understand. The second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and so on—I no longer believe it. At this point, I’m genuinely wondering if there is some internal issue occurring at the St. Louis branch.

From scheduling quotes, measuring and installation, all staff were great! Pete's demonstration with the lamp and window was very effective at showing the difference these windows make. The calls and texts kept me informed if status and visits. The installers were thoughtful and professional. The windows help keep the heat in and cut down on outside noise too! Thanks to all!

All went well prior to install. Constant phone contact and email updates. Upon install, we had one window broken during shipping, plus both of our sliding doors were order backwards. No issue as this is an easy fix. During the correction/service call, both sliders we ordered correctly, but both door locks were upside down. Not a make or break issue, but for the $ this project cost, I want it done correctly. Our new windows are great and the install teams were great. My issue STILL, is the automated system to schedule service call. The automated system is horrible. All you do is get transferred. Finally you are in queue. I choose to stay on to speak to someone bc I NEVER receive a call back when I leave my contact number. BUT while waiting to speak to someone, it eventually hangs up on you or forces you to provide a call back number, which I do not get. HORRIBLE AUTOMATED SYSTEM.

The windows are high quality. The salesperson I worked with was particularly pushy and the install process was quite stressful due to some miscommunication about the shutters. They also damaged my granite window sill.

I liked the two windows we purchased & I loved the installers & their workmanship.I didnt like the salesperson making me think it would be interest free for 18 months which the finance company told me isn't accurate .I will be paying interest on our purchace which makes me paying close to $360.00 more for the 2 windows which were highly priced to start with .I have called & complained to Window Nation on 3 occasions someone was supposed to get back with me in 24 to 48 hours. I haven't heard from anyone & of course the finance company has already paid Window Nation.I suggest people be careful of being told about interest free sales . I even took my own notes as we did the sale . I plainly wrote down interest free if it was payed off by the 18 month period my husband sat there with the salesperson & myself & heard the same conversation. I most likely wouldnt have made the purchase without the interest free offer as we like many other are on fixed incomes we do love our windows their quality & the installers Orlando & Javier were Awesomevdud great work!!
