The individual people who came to measure and install my new windows were great. Even Installed all 10 windows on a misty/rainy day. The problem was the communication between me and the parent company. Every local number I called was repeatedly transferred to a out of state service center who did not help at all. Tried multiple times without any response to my questions/calls. I have plenty of paperwork about legal contract and liability....but no paperwork on itemized invoice/cost of my windows....only a grand total of what I had to pay. I feel the company did not live up to the multiple advertisements proclaiming discounts/pricing and high standands of company.

We had a great experience. Great installment team!

Windows did not arrive as scheduled.
I have received no update on an ETA.

Nick, our salesman, was spectacular ( which is why we spent 700 more for our windows...that and the fact that we could get them quickly!
Our installer Orlando and his sidekick were efficient, professional and did a wonderful job of installing and caulking...our windows look wonderful!

Very satisfied! By the way our installer Justin Jordan was very informative and the work he did was SUPER EXCELLENT he did a great job and was very polite, cleaned up after himself. When the salesperson came to give us his pitch, he promised the absolute highest quality of service and product. He said Window Nation was different than other companies, and that the level of professionalism and care was above everyone else.

That wasn't our experience at all. We were given a specific timeframe to be home for the installation. That came and passed without even a call from the installer. I called the company to check up, but no one returned my call. The installer eventually showed up much later, and I had to change my work schedule to accommodate them. During the installation, the installer told me he'd have to remove my shutters and couldn't put them back up. My shutters are now sitting on my lawn, where he left them. I would have expected the salesman or the measuring team to check out the shutters and bring up this issue beforehand. I have no idea if/how I can put my shutters back up.

Overall, for a company that claims to offer an exceptional product and experience, I feel we were treated no better than had we used the cheapest fly-by-night contractor out there. Disgraceful.

Terrible communication within the company. I was told by their Customer Care department that the three specific service issues that I have would be taken care of all in one appointment. I took the day off work for the scheduled appointment and the technician only had 2 of the 3 things on his work order. Now I have to take another day off work for them to come out again. The first time was a few weeks earlier when the technician came out for my first service issue, but he wasn’t able to do the work. This could have been prevented if their Customer Care department communicated better with their own people. More time wasted for both sides. Very frustrating.

Installation appointment scheduled for 9 to 11 am, three man crew arrived at 8 am asked for permission to start early which was fine with me. Contractors were friendly and professional answering questions along the way. Job was completed by 2 pm.

Sales and install were professional. There was a slight imperfection with a screen and were quick to solve the issue.

the whole process from placing the order to installation went very smoothly. The quality of the windows is excellent. The company kept us informed of the status of our order routinely. Their customer service were courtious and helpful. The installation crew were efficient and made sure we were satified with the windows and left no mess in the house. We are impressed with Window Nation who treat their customers well

The crew that put them in were fantastic. Have no complaints about that. However, I do feel your communication skills need to improve. No reminder call the day before to make sure everything was still OK. Extremely hard to get a hold of we were told that your phone lines were down. That’s kinda hard for me to believe for four days. Your phone lines didn’t work, but we’ll see with the winner coming in if it was worth the money..

The job was originally scheduled to take two days to replace the windows. The job was completed in a day, and the technicians showed pride in the job completed. Very happy with the new look. I would highly recommend Window Nation.

Easy to work with handle a small problem as if it was important to them. When they install our windows it was perfect. Great people friendly they were great. No problem with anything. Thanks to all involved.

Kept me informed through the whole process, up to just before arrival. Correction was efficient and limited inconvenience. Technician was courteous and accommodating as I was working remote for the appointment, and on a video call when he arrived.

Installer arrived late due to vehicle problems, but he finished the entire job that day. Good workmanship and the windows look great! He helped me reinstall the shades, when I was having trouble doing so. WN supplied a fine product and I recommend them. The only issue was the new windows covered up the wiring for the alarm system, which was supposed to be exposed for rearming the system. Had to go to wireless to reattach the alarm system at extra cost.

Installation was great. Team made every effort to install my beautiful windows with care. The windows are wonderful, and add a wonderful image both inside and and out.
Cleaning them will be easier than the old triple tracks that were removed. It was becoming a problem for me as an older individual.
I highly recommend anyone needing new windows to have them replaced by this company.

The crew was good and finished the job in one day. Very professional.

I had a window to crack. I called and they made an appointment to come and check it. They are having a new window made for me.
