Absolutely great service start to finish, from pricing the job, measuring and fitting. Doors look amazing, got all the work completed in a few hours and took all the old materials away. Definitely the most competitively priced service as well for great quality!

Had a booking for today but was let down didn't show up as planned. Not even a phone call explaining the problem for no show.
Contacted them myself by phone but was put on voice mail, i explained my situation but just received a message saying i'll ring you back which they didn't. Turned up an hour later apologising explaining they were parked up at the bottom of my road txting ?

This company were brilliant. Ricky gave us honest advice (not based on price!) about what would suit us best, and really took time to discuss every detail. The timescale for work was exactly as promised, and communication was excellent throughout the process. The builders Ricky recommended were absolutely top class and the finished product has exceeded our expectations.

I would highly recommend Ricky to anyone, this has been the smoothest experience we have had with such work and the customer service is absolutely top notch. I’m 100% satisfied with every aspect of this job.

From the original contact you can see this is a professional organisation.
Ricky came to my home and we did a walk through.
All my PVC windows needed thier brackets replaces which i had already known.
The rear door top and middle hinge had broken and I expected to purchase a new door and frame.
Ricky said that there may be no need and that hinges may still be available.
My door was dated and no hinges were available.
The team that came to our home made great friends with our dachshunds and carried on with thier work in an inobtrusive manner.
I had discussed on a follow up call regards purchasing new door but Ricky advised we will not be looking at that at this stage.
When the team got here they wasted no time replacing brackets and resealing all the window frames with acoustic foam.
Our back door was removed, repaired to original spec.
The team also repaired a large front window which needed lifted and reset in the frame. During autumn and winter the wind would blow round the seals creating a noise like a gazoo.
When Windows4u left the place was left cleaned and not a handprint nor piece of material on the floors inside and out.

I'm really pleased I chose Windows4u.
If i had to do again I would go back to them and indeed I have a brother waiting for their services.

I had my windows installed several years ago by Windows4U and the guys did a fantastic job. I recently ordered a new sofa, which required the removal and re-fitting of my livingroom window. I contacted Windows4U and arranged this with Ricky, who was more than happy to help. On the morning of the sofa delivery I got a call at 07:15 from the couriers telling me they would be arriving with the sofa in under an hour!
I rang Ricky....who was on his way to the gym at the time. His men don't start work until 9am, and rather than leave me stuck, he turned around and was at my house himself just 5 minutes after the couriers dropped the sofa in my front garden. In less than an hour, the window was removed, old sofa out, new one in, and the window refitted. No fuss at all. Absolutely fantastic. Windows4U are a brilliant company that don't just promise excellent customer care, like other companies do, they actually provide it.
I cannot speak highly enough of them.
As for Ricky....just an absolute gentleman. Thank you so much.

Got new windows and doors fitted 2 weeks ago and cannot be more happier with the service provided. Ricky was always just a phone call if I had any questions. Have had my neighbours commenting how lovely they are as well.
