had a service done by the company all windows refurbished - sceptical at first but I cannot fault anything - from the office to the engineers and then the completion of the work - A genuine family company that has the best interests of there customers at heart

worse company ever. They took my deposit to fix my leaky roof and didn't even give a start date for 9 weeks.
Spent Christmas and New years with a bucket. No answer on their phone. Promised not kept and final straw is to bill me 60 %of cost as admin and survey charge. Absolutely shambolic service

Riky&Carl braved the very cold snowy weather to complete the annual maintenance & install loft window with limited space to work. They were pleasant and friendly I was very pleased with it when completed.

What a shame zero stars aren’t an option! They are utterly appalling. Firstly I was misinformed when I called them to look at a broken catch stopping me from shutting a window securely. Naively, I believed their representative when he said I would have to replace the entire unit as these catches are sealed, (I have since been informed that they are thoroughly repairable!). I’m then charged over the odds, again acting in ignorance until enlightened by a local builder who would have done an entire replacement for a fraction of the price. Then I’m kept waiting for eight weeks, each time I called about it, I’m fobbed off with “I’ll have to talk to our engineers, and I’ll call you back” we’ll, naturally, they don’t call you back. Then I get, “oh well it won’t be this week” …not good enough, I’ve already waited 8 weeks, it looks as though it won’t be any week! They’ve taken a 50% deposit which I now have to retrieve via the small claims court, and all the hassle that goes with that. Give them a wide berth, or you’ll live to regret it.

Called to ask about repairs to three windows in my mums house which needed the hinges replacing. Lady I spoke with said she couldn't give me an estimate for what sort of price i'd be looking at for the repairs. Was told that her other colleague had just stepped out of the office but would be back in 5 minutes to give me a call back to discuss, that was over 24 hours ago and no call back received. Reading the reviews on this site I am very glad that they never bothered to call me back as they are clearly not interested in providing a quality service, would you really want to trust a company that offers a 5 year warranty, but cant be bothered to call a customer when they say they will? I found another company who were able to give me a price for the repairs and have already scheduled the works for me.

Awful company. I saw the reviews, but thought I would still try them anyway. Regreted it!
Work not finished, communication is very poor. Constantly chasing for updates ect, appointments made then no one turns up so have to reschedule. Conservatory was meant to be fixed from leaking roof…. Still leaks! Then was meant to be having a ceiling put in so it’s warmer in winter… heard nothing. Constantly chased about roof still leaking and gave up in the end and took is as money lost.

Not even worth 1 star! Steer clear!!! They take admin fee , order glass ( that doesn’t arrive) and make excuses for not coming ! 9 weeks we waited and nothing! Initial survey was seemingly professional , but only as con artists !

Found this company online and it was based in Lancashire. My instincts said avoid following a sales call to arrange a survey of a damaged lantern roof. After a couple of calls with a surveyor called Wayne (not too bright) I was told I had to pay £145 first before he would come out. Duly paid, 3 months later and 9 calls, the replacement unit has still not come in. The lady on the phone is excellent at fob offs, she's a credit to a company like that. Unit not ready. Someone's at a funeral. Unit that came in was sub standard. A quick look on companies House tells me a lot.... the principal person behind this business has 17+ directorships most of which are dissolved. Make your own mind up!

Jonathan was most helpful and honest and has been since we've known him. Workers were brilliant and we would 100% recommend the company.

I can’t fault this company. I had windows serviced and have a 5 year warranty and they look fantastic now! I nearly changed them but so glad I didn’t. Also the engineers were so helpful and friendly. Great job! Highly recommend.

Needed my windows and doors maintained ready for next winter as a lock was stiff to undo and a couple hinges needed replacing. Contacted the company after being recommend by a pal of mine and was visited by one of their team. Johnny was very knowledgeable and we we agreed a way forward without costing me a fortune as I had a budget in mind of what the work would cost me. After a couple of visits the work has now been completed.
