Just had some of my windows serviced and received an excellent service 5🌟 very impressed will definitely use this company again

Poor.
Conservatory roof was cleaned and resealed and needed two v small new units.
Guys to clean it couldn’t get away quick enough left a poor job. I had paid a large deposit. I was then asked to pay the balance before the job was complete, I refused and paid some more.
They were going to come back to fit the units, called me the day before to say they weren’t and would come the following week. Didn’t show.
Phoned on Monday this week to ask if they could come the same day which was inconvenient.
They came at an appointed time and attempted to clean the roof better & fit the units, but I just wanted them out of my house & gone.
Before the guys were even off the drive I had at least three calls from the company for the balance I couldn’t take the calls so paid the following day.
Gave my feedback which I was told would be given higher and could expect a call from someone to discuss. Needless to say I haven’t.
Poor shoddy and expensive company, with uncaring staff they did what they were supposed to but not well.
Certainly unpleasant to deal with and never will I use again or recommend.

Had a leak in the conservatory,rep came round and mis sold me work which I paid for.Then the surveyor (good guy) visited and said it was the render on the back of the house causing the leak.Rep visited again and signed me up for the render,and wanted quite a bit of money,and promised me work would start after New Year.After chasing them up,and being fobbed off,I cancelled the render job,and have been trying to get my money back since.With the help of a law firm,an agreement was reached where I would get about 90% of my money back,but they wanted to pay in 3 instalments.I have had 2,both late,but the third one is overdue by 8 weeks.They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with,be careful if you hand over money.

See my previous posts on difficulty getting my deposit back (county Court then Bailiffs). Now Companies house is compulsory writing them off. But they are still advertising on the web and on Facebook. Advise potential customers to be careful .

Recently this company carried out some work that i needed on my property, from the initial visit to the work being completed was done very quickly indeed, myself and my husband couldn't be happier with everything , being elderly we struggle sometimes communicating but they were all great with us will be using this company again for any future work.

Window Warranty did some work on my Grandmas house and they did a great job! Communication was great throughout from the girls in the office and the girl who arranged the initial visit. Lads were great and didn’t stop all day! Would recommend to anyone, thanks guys

Job was ridiculously overpriced, but I was hoping to have the leak in the conservatory fixed ASAP and i foolishly paid the deposit.Took over 4 months for them to actually do the work. Actual amount of work done was far less than the original quote.

This company has been to my mother who is frail and suffering from confusion to reseal her upstairs windows. They quoted a price and then demanded an extra £300. My mum paid because she was frightened basically, we have tried to find out properly what's happened but they won't answer an email.

Work was carried out speedily - work force courteous and helpful - Lewis extremely helpful in organising the work.

The guys who came to do the work were great. Really friendly and work carried out to a high standard so no complaints with them.

However on the initial assessment I was told I'd be able to pay for the work in instalments, only to be told afterwards that wasn't a service they offered. I won't be using them again.

Appointment on 8th September had to be rearranged due to Queens funeral. Fixed for 19th September and again rearranged for 29th September. No one attended and no contact from Window Warranty VERY POOR customer service,

Absolutely awful company, would not recommend to my worst enemy. Told us our job would take 4 weeks and only just finished 9 months later!! None existant communication, absolutely awful customer service, No organisation skills. Gave us false promise after false promise. Had to chase the job up on a daily basis. When they did finally do the work, live wires where left hanging, the joinery was a mess and my house was left upside down for months. Id stay well clear, absolute nightmare!!

Technical survey really helpful. Advice again really useful. Vince and his team who did the conservatory roof, did a splendid job delighted with result. So why not five stars? Communication between WW and I could have been better. Would I recommend ? Yes. Excellent job at a reasonable price.

Had a very pleasant technical advisor come round he gave me lots of information very thorough, we opted for a full new conservatory roof and service - paid a deposit - within a week Someone had been out I think surveyor measures all up loveley chap.
They did advise there to be a wait for parts roof etc … but within 4 weeks all was completed I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we are with everything and with the company will definitely be recommending and telling friends family and colleagues.

If i could give no stars i would! I would not use this company again! Let down from start to finish, never turned up to do the job, paid a deposit took lots and lots of phonecalls to get it back that's when i could get through, very disappointing caused me lots of stress!!!!!!

Overpriced, don’t wast your time asking for a quote.
