I recently ordered a set of Valeo windscreen wiper blades for my BMW M5 from Windscreen Wipers Direct, and I’m very impressed with the service.
The price was very competitive, making it an excellent value for a genuine branded product. Delivery was exceptionally fast, and the items arrived in perfect condition.
I particularly appreciated the packaging — the wiper blades were sent in a sturdy protective tube, ensuring they were not bent or damaged in transit. This attention to detail really stands out.

Ordered yesterday 10am, arrived today, 1:30pm, fitted and perfect.

Couldn't ask for more
My wiper rubber was split and rear wiper wasn't very good so decided I needed full set of new ones. Stopped at Halfords but couldn't find the right pack for my car as per Bosch site and the ones their system suggested for my car were not the right type - mine are flat.
Went home and tried a couple of sites and found Windscreen Wipers Direct - one of the only ones to stock the right twin pack that I needed. Ordered a Bosch Aero Twin pack and a Bosch rear wiper for my car at about 3pm Monday afternoon, sale on Bosch so cost about £38 inc. 1st class postage for 3 wipers but I chose not to pay for special delivery which was another £5. Good email confirmations of order and dispatch.
Came home from work Tuesday and the wipers are here, and now fitted.
Great price and service

I ordered a pair of wipers from the site based on the vehicle selection service they provide.
The wipers were the wrong ones, dont even remotely fit the vehicle and they still haven't responded to any communication 5 days later.

Very happy with the website, ordering process and speedy delivery. Wipers were as described - including the fitting method - went straight on to the car. Thank you

Having bought a pair of wipers for my Iveco they arrived quickly on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately the wrong ones were supplied (just one number out) so I contacted their customer support.
I received a fast reply to my email and they said they would post the correct ones out on the following monday. Good to their word the replacements arrived quickly.
I accept that anyone can make a mistake, but it depends on how well a problem is handled that shows a companies real worth. I'm really happy with how quickly this was sorted out and in turn will happily order from them again.

My first order of wiper blades from Windscreenwipersdirect went astray in the post but as soon as I contacted the company, a second set was dispatched by registered post without question - they also kept me informed of progress by telephone.
Replacements arrived within a couple of days, well packaged and the correct items. Happy to give 5 stars.

Great selection of wipers, no trouble finding the ones I needed. After I compared the prices for the wipers I needed I found the ones here are the cheapest. Order process is working perfectly and the tracked 1st class delivery ensured my product arrived the next day.
I highly recommend this retailer and woul definitely buy here again.

like the review below, I also ordered windscreen wiper replacements and paid via PayPal on 10th July. As of 7th August they have not been delivered and I have had no response to an enquiry email.

Ordered A216S Bosch Aerotwin Twin Pack on 6th July and paid via Paypal.
Today is the 28th July and they still haven't turned up. No direct email contact for Customer Services so you have to complete their website contact form.
Awaiting contact back.
No contact but wipers turned up this morning 29/7 by Special Delivery posted yesterday. So they do read their website contact forms sent to them, but a reply to me would have been nice.

Was impressed with the speedy delivery. Ordered at 1.30pm and it arrived the next morning! Easy to use website and good prices too. : )

Just some praise: I ordered a set of wipers A159S Bosch Aerotwin, yesterday, 1st July and they turned up today about 1 pm, 2nd July. I have fitted them to my 2017 model Toyota Prius. They fitted well and work perfectly. Well done everyone

As per other reviews, easy website and cheapest price I could find. Ordered in the morning and they were delivered personally later that day, I didn’t realise they were so local. That’s service.

Prior to ordering online I rang them for advice because they listed two makes for our car and, due to Covid19 lockdown, I was worried about the delivery. They suggested either make would be fine but erred towards the Bosch, which also happened to be the cheaper of the two (and were literally half the price of Halfords.!). Whilst they couldn't guarantee a delivery date they did assure me they would be dispatched same day. Unbelievably the blades arrived next day and of course fitted perfectly. Maybe I was lucky but I couldn't have asked for a more helpful person on the other end of the phone...

Halfords didn't have wiper in stock, so ordered on line. £2 cheaper, 1st class delivery, arrived 2 days later.
Perfect, no travel required.

Easy to use site. Best price and quality Bosch parts. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. I’d use this site again without a doubt.

After wipers being delivered being sent to wrong address which was due to my PayPal account having I correct details they did not hesitate to send out another pair free of charge. Excellent service
