New car

Dealt with dearan at windsor mall finglas. I live in Co Clare and purchased nissan since 2007 from dulux motors ennis. I have to say he was fantastic from start to finish and i will be dealing with him in the future. Thanks dearan and windsor

Attempted to order tickets for Chicks …

Attempted to order tickets for Chicks Concert at Saratoga Performing Arts Center for Aug. 6 and mistakenly ordered twice. When I called SPAC to report this error, I was told they are not affiliated with this company. Unfortunately these two orders were already submitted to my bank. This is FRAUD! Am I now out $171.60 twice!!? This does not END here!! After then getting two tickets at SPAC ticket booth at two tickets for $94.00 for lawn seats. This company charged $171.60 for the same 2l lawn seats! They claimed there were differing areas on the lawn so the closet you got, the more the seats cost. This is a total lie! This company is overcharging and claiming incorrect /untruthful information regarding lawn seating. This is NOT right!

First class buying experience from Windsor Motors

We bought a second hand car from Windsor and have to say that they were really excellent in every way. We dealt with Cormac and Orla, and they were helpful and accommodating in all our dealings and communications. We are very pleased with our car, and really couldn't stress enough how easy and pleasant they were, making the whole experience stress-free. Cannot recommend them enough! Many thanks.

A big thank you

A big thank you to Niall and Michael for organising our chosen car getting to us safe and sound to our front door, we are delighted with it, and for the loan of another car in the meantime, excellent service, and thank you for the chocolates and wine a really lovely touch😊 Would highly recommend this company!

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. One of our party of 4 had an inedible main course. The Aubergine of the vegetarian dish was rock hard, very undercooked.

To be fair - the rest of the dish, the salad etc was fine and the other 3 x main courses delivered were also very nice.

But when reporting the issue, the server agreed and said he would "tell the chef".

When the bill came there was no credit for the bad dish at all. I was expecting some gesture - a free drink or a discount for the fact the main component of the dish was very badly cooked and should not have been allowed over the Pass.

But no - we were expected to pay full price. Which we did and then then left.

I have eaten at an Ivy restaurant many times in various cities. This calibre of restaurant I believe should have made a gesture for this mistake. But they didn't and in a packed busy restaurant I did not want to make a scene so when presented with the bill we simply paid and left.

This has definitely soured my view of this normally excellent chain.

I could not fault my experience with the staff and services at Windsor Raheny. Daniel was an absolute professional and made my experience carefree. I will definitely be using Windsor again in the future.

Can't say enough about the team up in…

Can't say enough about the team up in Windsor Raheny. We'll start from the start, went looking for a Nissan Xtrail, found the one I wanted, but it was in Galway, the lads had it brought up to Dublin for me, once I said I would take the car, Jordan the sales rep brought me into the office, gave me a excellent price on my trade in, even though it was a over 10year old Ford fusion fit for scrapping. Worked out the finance for it and gave me a extended warranty. The whole process was quick, efficient, painless and a very good deal. This was March of 2020. I had only gotten the car when the country went into lock down and there were one or two bits the lads said needed to be done, but they released the car to me before they closed as I was front line worker and needed the car. First issue, battery died in my front garden, I rang Windsor, they had one of there team straight out, replaced the battery right there in my front garden so I could get to work, next, as the lock down eased after the few months, they arranged for a replacement car, brought mine back into the shop and completed the works they said they would when I originally bought the car.

I went for the first service, they arranged a car for me to use while mine was being serviced, reminded me to bring the book so it could be stamped and all at a brilliant price,

Before I went on a family road trip to the UK, they serviced the car and gave it a clean bill of health and changed the tyres,oil checked all fluid levels and filters, there mechanics are pros and very approachable.

Had trouble with the DPF and exhaust manifold recently, called the receptionist and was immediately put at ease, told bring the car in for diagnosis all while having a mini heart attack at how much this might cost, work was done and then the girls at the reception, reminded me of my warranty, so all I had to pay was the labour.

I noticed some fluid under my car this morning, rang them up, they said bring it in, they sent a mechanic out to give it a quick look, sorted the issue there and then, and sent me on my way

I brought my mother and father up, when they were looking for a new car, patsy looked after them with price and aftercare

I can't imagine getting a car off another garage

Can't recommend the Windsor Raheny team enough

Courtesy and professionalism.

The courtesy and professionalism of Alan Black and his colleagues inspired confidence in the whole organization. I had not expected to enjoy the whole process, but I did. I got such a lot of help which I needed in choosing the right car, not to mention the good advice, sensitively applied!

Couldn’t recommend Jordan in Windsor motor mall enough. From the time I rang with my initial inquiry until I left with my new car he was very polite, extremely knowledgeable and very efficient.I have already recommended him to family and friends and would have no hesitation in doing so in the future. My new car is perfect for my needs . I couldn’t be happier

Outstanding 5 star experience

Very happy with Windsor Galway. I just had a Brand new car delivered to my door this morning before work by Martin - who was friendly and professional. I’m living in Cork and have been using a garage locally with PCP for six years - to be honest I never understood it properly and always drove away feeling guilty and like I’d been pressured into an agreement that was over my budget. I decided to shop around this time (not realising you can do this with PCP) and Both Jim and Wojceich listened to my budget requirements, the car I wanted... down to the colour they both got back to me with exactly what I’d asked for. It wasn’t just the budget for me it was more the fact they got back to me with what I wanted, not an inflated version of what I wanted, resulting in zero pressure and me being happy with the agreement. They were also transparent with the cost etc and I finally understood PCP (thanks Jim). I found Windsor.ie Galway, professional and easygoing, they were positive and upbeat, nothing was too much trouble - which I thought might be with switching garages and in a different county. I got a personalised video of the car I wanted within 24hrs (still didn’t feel pressured either) just personal and informative. My car got delivered and it was in perfect condition but most important they were trustworthy and zero hassle. They did all the thinking for me and worked how to get the best car for me that suited my budget. I didn’t have to compromise on anything, actually felt it might be too good to be true but I have an amazing brand new car now and very happy with the whole experience.

Going Down?

It’s a good car and that matters but I was not impressed with the indifferent attitude of some of the staff.
Only one key came with the car. Requests for a second were repeatedly ignored. After much hassle I asked to speak to a manager, where upon the key was easily found and sent to me.
Rang to book the 1000 mile service, was given a booking for the next day. When I got there the place was empty. There was a light on but no one answered my knocking. When I phoned I was told the branch I had bought the car from had closed down. No one mentioned that when I made the booking. I was not told they had moved from Long Mile Road to Finglas – they hadn’t even bothered to put a notice on the reception door in Long Mile road to inform customers they had closed down. When I pointed out that I lived in Wicklow they suggested Bellgard Road might help as I was in the area. Went there where I met one somewhat disrespectful member of staff and one reluctantly helpful one who then sent me to Cookstown. By now I was running out of time and patience. Fortunately Gemma and other staff at Cookstown where friendly and helpful and booked a service for later that day.
By the end of the day I was tired, unwell from the stress ( I have a heart condition and am mid 70 s ) and I had wasted l lot of time in a busy day. I reckon they owe me not just an apology but at least 150 euro for time, stress and millage but I won’t bank on getting it! Like so many organizations when they get big they get bad or a least complacent. Still, I like the car. This review appeared on the Windsor Motors site but got no response – hence they have gone down a star.
