After registering the account, they told me that your country is not available for a $30 bonus. Before registering, I checked their conditions and my country was not registered in the bonus ban. There is no credibility.

I was assigned an Account Manager that only encourage you to fund your account and doesn't take accountability on her job. She disappear when I needed help specially when withdrawing funds but always there when you deposit. She doesn't explain anything in details and always point you to read the very long T&C's which is not relevant to your query. Their offer the worst spread and the worst Customer service. Stay away if you dont want a headache, your trade should be more than enough to trouble you.

They are a very small company with the largest account of USD 1.3 million only.. which is my friends' account. I know this because the owner even called him just to know him since he is the largest account.

Stay away specially the newbie traders. Better pay wide spread than wide headache, they have the potential to runaway with your deposit considering the size of their brokerage and the way their employee behave.

Im from singapore and they refused to grant me the 30 bonus because im an indian stating my nationality is indian, when ita my race. It says clearly on my id document. They also refused to let me withdraw my money and profits, and there is no history or status to check ur withdrawl. They are a scam. Stay away!!

worst customer support in the world. I've had over a dozen accounts with different brokers, and Windsor has the worst customer support.

I didn't know that working with this broker will bring me such a bad experience, probably every trader has it a few times in his career, when the broker just takes your money and stops responding to your requests. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I registered and get 30$ non deposit bounce and make profit about 430 $ they paid me with a week with out any problems

Had a worst experience with em,I registered and verified my account,we were communicating well,I received d deposit bonus,I made some profits,met all T&Cs but when it was time to withdraw, they stopped responding to me,I placed a withdrawal request more than 10times,still they never said anything,such a scam broker,no wonder they're never dominant after more than 30yrs in the Industry.....may2,2023

I cannot believe i was just credited $300 from the profits made on the $30 bonus, I wish to rate more than 100%. I recommend Windor broker to everyone, they kept to their words...

This people are very scammer's me and my team we have traded the 30$ promotion account but when we get profit they terminated the account and use the profit we made they are very selfish

When you register with them, they welcome you and communicate. But when you face any problem, no one responds. I took advantage of the $30 offer and made a net profit of $158. And about clouds. They told me that the account was deactivated and all winnings were deleted, knowing the terms of the offer. I saved them all and did not violate any conditions. out of every 1,000 active accounts on the offer. 10 people can withdraw their profits, this is their policy, and my account was suspended due to a mistake they made. I told them to delete the first account registered on the Jordan Foundation. I cannot benefit from $30 there. And support does not answer

I mistakenly opened a zero account and I have been looking for a way to reverse or change it to prime account, please help me if there is any way I can change it from zero account to prime account

So far everything seems okay. I got verified and got my 30usd bonus. I'm very scared and scepticle I would be trading for nothing. The reason I state this is because live chat seems very unfriendly and always just saying send a email to support@windsorbrokers and when I do send the email then they do not reply as well. I'm just worried I spend hours trading or days to end up with nothing. But let's see how it goes, if all goes well I would change my review to 5 stars and recommend more people to Windsor.

I received $30 No Deposit Bonus & I'm doubling it in just 4 days looking for more profits, brilliant site, very quick customer service. I really feel this broker most reliable. I shall take my first withdrawal soon & will update here.

I read about some people complaining they don't pay their profit make from the bonus account, I'm sorry to hear that but I guess some of this people did not read the terms and condition attached to it, there're rules. Because I just receive mine from them, after submitting a request for withdraw. The best broker ever.

Hi all, first of all I can't believe Windsor broker can be rated so low like this while I have the perfect experience with them. I created account with $30 bonus they're giving new clients. I read about some people complaining they don't pay their profit make from the bonus account, I'm sorry to hear that but I guess some of this people did not read the terms and condition attached to it, there're rules. Because I just receive mine from them, after submitting a request for withdraw, I was promised to receive it in three days and I did. Every time I contact their customer care, they always attend on time and solve the problem and their spread is good, I have a good experience using their service, and I will gladly continue to use it.
