Great choices and speedy delivery. I was making Bueno cake for a birthday, I was looking for an icing that tasted like the filling of a Bueno and found one in this site. It is delicious! Whilst it's slightly more sophisticated that Bueno filling, it is very similar. Would highly recommend.

My first wedding cake with frosting turned out really good lots of compliments and the frosting made the whole thing much easier.

I have just used your chocolate cake (3 tier) and buttercream frosting to make my daughter's birthday cake this year as I did not have time to make it myself and am in a lot of pain. 13 years and she still wants one!
I have never cheated befire and found you online whilst randomly searching. It was another persons review that made me go ahead with my purchase because you just never know if youve not heard of a company and they are a long way away.
Anyway, it was amazing to work with and everybody loved it. Great taste and texture. My mum told me I'd improved!! Of course I passed it off as mine! Thank you so much!
In addition I requested a specific day for delivery which went smoothly and on the hottest day of the year so far, it was packed with and not sweating or melted.
I thoroughly recommend.

The best products, love the packaging, such a quick & easy process & always a nice & quick delivery.

I placed an order online from this company and half of it was missing!
Also I’ve called into the store on a couple of occasions recently, the last one this week (6/6/23). The stock levels were dreadful on both of my visits. If you place a ‘click and collect’ in store you have to wait a couple of days which isn’t helpful if you need an item as a matter of urgency!
Staff not very helpful either.
I’ve been using this company for years but recently feel disappointed with their service/lack of products. I don’t always want to order on line due to high postage costs and sometimes it’s Better to see a product.

Reliable company and delivery was when stated ,

I found the staff very helpful and professional about the actual products, but feel the packaging and despatch doesn’t support their efforts.
My order arrived with some of the fern leaves broken and also one of the dummies was damaged. The side of the box was split the length of the corner, but the important icing was fine. My order took a week to arrive, and I would use you again, but consider the delivery/timing of delivery choices.
