I was very impressed with the way the team handled my purchasing of a car. Nothing was too much trouble and Olivia and Alistair made the process very seamless. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great helpful service from start to finish. Alan went the extra mile to arrange a private number plate transfer, and also arranged a full thorough check on the vehicle, replacing all parts as needed.... See more

Paying for a car I don't own.
I bought my 508 in October 2020. Cant say the service was bad at the time but they obviously were trying to sell me something. I am a sales manager so know all about how service should be even after the customer has bought, this is crucial if you want repeat custom. However, I did not experience this with Windsors Wallasey.
After a brief incident with speeding, it came to light that today I am still not the registered owner of this car. I spoke to Paul Seddon who sold me the car but he was oblivious to what might have happened and advised that the car was taxed at the same time as them sending off the V62 which also should have made me the owner of the car as there was no V5. I was told this would all be taken care of. Obviously these things can take time to process so has not registered with me that the log book did not come. I called DVLA, they did not receive anything from the dealership. Fair enough, something might have got lost in the post but highly unlikely as when i went to eventually sort this at the post office, they told me its sent special delivery and so can only go to that address.
For nearly two years, I have been driving round with a car that is not registered to me, therefore my insurance not valid if i were to have had an accident. I have also been paying towards my finance for a car that technically was not mine.
Fair enough, mistakes happen. What I did not appreciate was the dealership just unwilling to sort this out from their end and accept responsibility that they have not completed the job properly. I was basically told, 'Sorry, we did our part' and left to sort out the mess myself and pay for a new V62.
Customer service is everything to me and so I shall think twice about going to them when upgrading my car next year.
Peugeot
Adam from Peugeot has been a great salesman over the years, easy to talk to, will search far and wide to get you what you are after. Very good salesman. Just sold our old Peugeot with him, very easy process, would recommend
Great Customer Service
Bought a brand new Mazda from Windsors and the whole process was great. I bought a new Mazda from the same dealership two years ago and dealt with Mathew then and now.
Mathew is a fantastic salesman, very friendly and approachable and allows you the time you need to make the right decision. Mathew sorted the service plan from the old Mazda to the new one and when we come to pick up the car, he had filled the tank with fuel and put some luxury floor matts in the car too. Nice touch!
Would highly recommend this dealership and Mathew for their great customer service.
Very poor customer service. Avoid.
Very poor customer service. My partner enquired about test driving a vehicle as he has been interested in potentially purchasing one of several new models. We were approached by an elderly male in the showroom. My partner was asked what vehicle he was looking for and advised what he was looking to test drive. This is when the poor and very odd customer service started.
A series of abrupt questions were asked around if my partner was going to buy from the dealership before we could even facilitate a test drive. His manner was extremely condescending and rude, indeed, the diametric opposition of good customer service. This eldery man appears to be the managing director of the business and maybe, somewhat sadly, this provides this man with a confused sense of entitlement in that he considers he can utilise pushy and abrupt sales tactics(?) in such a rude and condescending manner without repercussion. If this is the case, it's time the MD went back to basics and took some lessons in basic customer service, a skill he is very clearly lacking. Avoid at all costs.
Pegeout Windsor in wallasey
Pegeout Windsor in wallasey, worst and weirdest customer service experiences by an older man. Highly recommend that you do not approach him and avoid
Bought 2 cars this week
Bought 2 cars this week - nasty shock for bank account! The service received from Windsors was second to none. First contacts Mark and Alistair - both extremely helpful. (We have dealt with Mazda Mark several times and he is always 100% helpful). Alan Jones (sales manager) negotiated our sales - no hardsell- felt we were being looked after, and 2 good deals for both sides sorted efficiently. Cannot recommend more highly. Thanks everyone at Windsors
Great service second to none A1
This is third car I've bought from this dealer in wallasey. Adam gives a very good deal and makes sure your 100 per cent happy and will always be available for any queries you may have. A nice man with a pleasant character, and very knowledgeable. Great service second to none.
Genuine Customer Service.
Having been to all the local competitors in the last month, I met up with Aaron Cross at Windsors of Wallasey just two weeks ago and am now the proud owner of my new Citroen Berlingo. Aaron explained everything and kept in touch with me throughout. My family and I are delighted with our new vehicle. Can't thank Windsors enough.

We went into Windsor Peugeot this week …
We went into Windsor Peugeot this week and we're looking around at a 3008 when we were asked if we needed any help we were interested in a diesel auto the curly head young boy didn't even introduce himself by name we sat down at his desk wasn't even asked to take a seat. He looked up what we thought was a price of the car he then said it is not available on the scheme. I asked what scheme he assumed because my wife was on crutches that we were motability customers little did he know we were looking to part ex our car up against a new one disgusting service we are appalled give a wide birth to that boy if this is the approach then it leaves a lot to be desired..
top class service
One of the best experiences in buying a new car.
Friendly and efficient staff, a good deal with part ex and generally everything went smoothly.
