ordered my dress a month ago and my formal is coming up very soon and i need my dress and i’m so scared incase it doesn’t come on time

We ordered a dress online and straight away received an email saying ‘orders are subject to cancellation’. This was very unusual and an immediate red flag. Unsurprisingly, the order was cancelled the very next day. Took over a week for my money to be back in my account. Customer service woman was friendly enough and responded to emails but they shouldn’t advertise dresses that are out of stock or they can’t sell for any reason.

Had an absolutely terrible experience at the Orlando’s Florida Mall location. When the sale rep was scanning one of the earrings, it got caught onto something and broke. Meanwhile, the sale rep still threw them lose into a bag (dislodged from the cardboard and with no stud backings). When we asked for another pair, we got back a nasty look instead. There was no apologies or whatsoever but a complete attitude. Would leave zero stars if there was an option. Needless to say if I’m coming back as a customer. Plenty of other stores in a mall. Good luck to your business!

Was looking for a specific dress I saw online. Maria and her team from store 339 in Orlando premium mall. We’re able to locate the dress for me, since it wasn’t available at her store. They all were very helpful and extremely friendly.

My hoco dress came a month late, it didn't even fit so i wanted to return it. I emailed them and they told me to send a pic of the dress, after i sent the picture they ignored the rest of my emails.

Total spam. I have never ordered anything from them, but they started sending me multiple emails per day. I have no idea how they got my email. When I click "Unsubscribe" in the emails I receive, I'm taken to a page that only allows you to sign UP for their newsletter – no option to unsubscribe. I very much doubt the legitimacy of this company and would never buy anything from them after this sketchy experience.

Ordered a dress it took weeks to get here. It didn’t fit their returns policy says I have to use DHL as international and to print out something to put inside the parcel. No info on where to return it to… spoke to someone on their online message thing and she didn’t know either and said someone will be in touch via email within 48 hours. You only get so many days to return and this is how they don’t let u return no info on where it goes back to then by the time you hear it’s too late. Con artists won’t use them again!

I would like to say the management at Windsor in Orland mall needs to give my lady friend Alissa a huge raise. This lady was so nice and helpful to my daughter on 12/10. Alissa was busy re-arranging items on the floor and I had 5 thousand questions for her about different outfits. She helped every time called out "lady friend". I just wanted to say I appreciate your hard work and kindness.

I went shopping at Windsor on 11/17/2022 for my 30th birthday dress. The store closes at 7pm and I was in store by 6:05pm. I had about 3-4 dresses in my hand when I was approached by a worker asking me if I “plan” on trying the dresses on. I stated “yes, why?” She than told me not today your not you should have got here earlier and she will not be “babysitting.” I was on the phone with my friend and was very upset and said i need these dresses for my birthday this weekend and some are non returnable items. She did not care. I than only chose one because I didn’t know what would fit. I than went to register and the dress had no tag and she told me to go get another or I can’t purchase it so I had to go get another dress. When I got back to register she asked me for my email which I stated I did not have one. She told me than you aren’t purchasing anything. My friend on the phone let me use hers since I don’t have a personal one and can’t provide my work email but she refused to let me purchase products without and email. The worker than gave me an issue about noting the receipt that the dress had no tag for in case I wanted to return since I couldn’t try it on. She refused to give me her name. I than called corporate on 11/18/2022 and spoke with Vienna which was super nice but told me a manager would call me back. Genesis called me back and apologized and offered me a 50% off coupon. I explained I felt very targeted and this was a racial incident because the worker was nice to the other customers and employees that were her same race. I feel this issue was not handled and the 50% coupon is not a compensation for the experience or the way Windsor had made me feel. I will not be using the coupon or shopping here and I will be returning the dress I purchased. This is unacceptable.

I was very sceptical having read the bad reviews and always think good reviews are fake. My daughter said two of her friend's bought prom dresses which were fine so I reluctantly said OK and bought a navy Carmella high slit corset dress for my daughters 6th form Xmas ball and so glad I did. Fits her perfect, beautiful quality, adjustable straps. Ordered on 7.10.22, arrived 17.10.22 via Evri. I would definitely recommend.

Don’t trust this seller, bought 2 dresses for prom, sent both back and they only sent 1 refund. Don’t reply to messages nor to the bank AVOID

Don’t waste your time or your money not only will it take a months to get the dresses from this place 😡 even if you pay extra to get them in a certain amount of time.. complete BS ..you will not receive them anyway and when you finally do get them they are garbage 🗑 you are better going anywhere for dress this place is Horrible the customer service is none existing it should be closed down

I had to pay usd for this cause I like the style dress. You would expect for the price you pay to get the quality. This is basically a one time wear dress cause every little thing damages it. The fabric is so cheap. And the adhesive bra is the worst quality. The glue will literally make your breast/chest rash up.

I honestly had an amazing experience with the store. I ordered a dress for black tie wedding it arrived in UK ahead of schedule was amazing and such good quality.

It's a lie when anyone on fake social media and fake youtube and fake blogging vlogging lie and say "windsor and these other clothing companies send me out there clothes for free to review and they sponsor me and I get paid to review and get free stuff and free clothes", all these narcissistic broke lying attention seeking ho's prostitutes are lying because NOBODY in the world gets NOTHING free because the world don't work that way for NO ONE, because if there was a thing called getting "free clothes, free products, free money", then everyone in the whole world would be getting that and nobody would be working jobs anymore and nobody would be going to college anymore either, you see people are working jobs and/or going to college, because NOBODY gets nothing free in this world, nobody gets free money or free stuff either. The world is not a utopia for nobody.

Anyone who says fake lying bs "you can get this and that free", is a scam and lies because they themselves are broke and they definitely don't get nothing free and no free money either, and they are all trying to fool dummies with no brain into thinking they can get free stuff and free money, when the reality is NOBODY in the world gets NOTHING free, and people on fake social media and youtube and blogging vlogging definitely don't get nothing free and they definitely don't get money cause nobody gets paid on there.

Windsor and NO COMPANY sends out free stuff to NO ONE because that's illegal and no company cares about you to want to send out free stuff to you, and no company is gonna send out there stuff for free to no one because then that wouldn't be fair or right to all paying customers and if any company wanted to send there stuff out for free, then they would be sending there products and stuff out for free to everyone, but Windsor and no company gonna send out there stuff for free to no one because that's illegal and they would lose there company if they tried doing such illegal things. Windsor and no company cares about anyone on fake social media or youtube or blogging vlogging either. Windsor and companies only contact celebrities and even then they don't care about celebrities, but windsor and no company will never contact anyone on fake social media or youtube or blogging vlogging because nobody is famous or rich on there and they all never will be because nobody gets paid on there and nobody gets free stuff.

Companies are not charities there not gonna send there stuff out for free to no one because that's illegal and any company would lose there business if they tried doing that.

And if any company tried giving there stuff for free to anyone, then they would get in serious trouble and they would immediately lose there company and lose lots of money and no customers would shop with them.

And if any company tried giving there stuff for free to certain people, then they wouldn't be having no customers at all because no paying customers are gonna give there money to any company that tries to send there stuff out for free, but NO company is gonna try to risk sending there stuff out for free because that's illegal and any company would immediately lose there business if they tried doing that and there would be lots of customer complaints online if any company tried doing that. But no company is gonna try to send there stuff out for free to no one because they aren't gonna try to risk losing there company.

very bad customer service, manager does not listen at all

I shop at Windsor quit often and I've never experienced anything like this. This experience has made it too where I will never shop there again. I made a purchase of almost $400 and the young ladies at the register were amazing. I went to leave the store and the metal detector went off "which normally happens with big purchases as they may forget to remove a buzzer". I immediately went back to the register for the associate to check the items. I was then told by the manager Lauren Orbe or Lauren Walden, to walk through the metal detector. Then she told me to take my purse off and walk back through the medal detector multiple times. At this point I'm humiliated by the experience. I immediately walked back the registered asked for the items I purchased and left the store. I returned right after and asked for a refund as I refuse to purchase from a retailer that would treat someone this way for no reason. When I returned and asked the associate for a refund, Lauren comes to the register takes my bag pored the items on the counter and said "I will gladly refund you" in a very combative and condescending tone. She was very rude and had a very disrespectful demeanor through the whole process, as I just wanted to return the items and leave this horrible experience. She never apologized nor ask why I wanted to refund the items, she pretty much stated she didn't care. I pray whatever is going on with her internally is healed but as for me I will take my business where it's appreciated.

Ordered a formal dress and a T Shirt. They cancelled my dress order with no explanation and then told me they can’t ship it to Canada. They refused to refund the t shirt so now I’m getting ripped off with the high cost of shipping and duty etc. which is more than double the shirt itself. Very disappointed with this company. You have no idea how to tell which items will ship or be cancelled.

10/10 Maddison was great she deserves a raise I would definitely recommend also definitely going back .
