The 4 wine box comes with a booklet with information about the wines and where they're produced. A good verity and you can choose between white, red or a mixture of the two. I would also like to thank... See more

Didn't want to set up subscription
Didn't want to set up subscription, which is fine but to cancel you have to call, no way to cancel online, can only call between 9-5 Mon-Fri, short hold time but they then try to keep you subscribed.

I have enjoyed being part of the Wine52…
I have enjoyed being part of the Wine52 community, not only great product but also for the customer service. When I came to cancel my subscription today Paul took me through a couple of options with no hard sell but making sure I was aware of all the options. Really appreciated the time and courtesy and would highly recommend this business
Nice wines and very quick delivery
Nice wines and very quick delivery.
Got them on a tirla offer which worked out very cheap, but wasn't able to continue at the full pricepoint
Cancellation was however very easy and staff were very helpful.
Will definitely try again in future if finances allow.
It is a scam. They subscribe you without warning. Very hard to leave!
It is a scam! watch out. When you pay for your first box you are in no way told that you are actually SUBSCRIBING! and then to cancel you need to spend half an hour on the phone!!! (in 2026, come on). It is a scam designed to make it difficult to leave. Completely untrustworthy and unethical (LOL.. and they call themself a BCorp, and ethical organisation). I could not be more upset.

Kaye was really helpful and efficient. She highlighted reasons I might wish to stay but did not pressure me to do so when I had already made up my mind.

Failed to deliver now out of pocket.
Failed to deliver now out of pocket.
I used wine52 for the first time following a promotional gift for upgrading my broadband with plusnet which offered a free case of wine just pay delivery £8.95 then a monthly subscription
They use a 2nd rate courier service Yodel which Ive found to be poor from previous experiences
1st Delivery attempt they said I wasn’t home
2nd delivery attempt box was damaged so they couldn’t deliver
3rd delivery attempt Yodel said id moved home.
4 delivery attempt it was actually delivered but not to my address they sent a photo of someone else’s front door.
I’ve complained to wine 52 over email 5 times they’ve failed to accept responsibility and keep finding excuses for me to investigate the missing delivery. They’ve now stopped responding completely.
It’s my fair and honest opinion that I can’t recommend this company or their delivery service.
I understand things can go wrong but they’ve failed to impress me only cost me money.
I’ve tried to resolve this issue with wine52 prior to this review

Poor delivery.
I’m very disappointed with my recent experience with Wine52.
My parcel containing alcohol was left unattended outside every single time it was delivered, with no signature or proper handover. This has happened with more than one delivery. I have photographic evidence showing the parcel left outside.
For a company delivering alcohol, I find it unacceptable that parcels can be left without a signed delivery or proper age-verification process. My most recent parcel was not received, and I only raised it later because I had been away travelling.
Because of this, I blocked further payments to Wine52. I do not feel comfortable continuing a subscription where alcohol deliveries are left unattended and unsecured.
The wine itself may be good *sometimes, but the delivery process has seriously damaged my trust in the service. Terrible customer service

Super helpful customer service
Been a customer for many years, have never needed to call them as I had no issues. Called today with a little query about my delivery and Karyn was super helpful - very friendly and even taught me lots about which wine is which, I usually just drink it lol.

Was originally bought as gifts as I’m not a wine drinker but I tried a couple bottles which were great, Edward was exceptionally helpful on calling for assistance and had very good customer service.
Fraser was a great help!
Rang today to get help with my account with pausing it. Spoke to Fraser who was very helpful. Helped me with what to do and managed to keep my account. He even told me I had a discount I didn’t know I had. Very helpful!
