I accidentally signed up to the club…

I accidentally signed up to the club via a third party retailer. When I realised, I called and explained. The man I spoke to was super efficient, knowledgeable and cancelled my subscription immediately. No fuss, no hard sell to try and keep me. Brilliant service

I was going to cancel my subscription…

I was going to cancel my subscription but upon talking to Zayneb on the phone I decided to continue. As a sales person myself I enjoyed listening to her approach and taking the time to understand my needs, answering any questions I had with ease and overall very polite and lovely over the phone.

Very kind

Very kind, helpful and fast costumer service! All people I spoken on yhe phone with have been lovely.
Wine is nice, a bit wick the first box but will receive a more robust kinda of wine next time

Polite and effective customer service

Short wait to get through to customer service, lovely Zaynab on the phone helped me to cancel my account. She listened politely to my reasons and offered alternatives that might suite me.

Great Customer service

Spoke to a lovely lady called Zayneb who was very helpful and knowlegeable, we found the Brazilian trial coffee was over roasted and somewhat bitter, however will persevere for another couple of months and see how I get on with other products.
