I really enjoyed this wine tasting

I really enjoyed this wine tasting. The selection was thoughtful, with a beautiful mix of styles and regions. Each wine had its own character, and Frédéric explained the flavours and backgrounds in a way that made the tasting even more enjoyable. I discovered a few wines I absolutely loved. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore quality wines.

We had a wonderful wine tasting session with Frederic in a very relaxing local open space. It was great to share your thoughts on each wine - what you like or not so keen about the wine - no knowledge needed! Highly recommended.

Fabulous outdoor wine tasting in local…

Fabulous outdoor wine tasting in local gardens. Fun to try out new wines with such a knowledgeable and approachable wine enthusiast. Not the least bit intimidating. Found some superb new wines just in time for christmas. Highly recommended! Thanks to Frédéric!

Your order was placed at 18:30 on Friday 1st November, after the cut-off for same-week dispatch.

The product page clearly states: “This supplier ships orders once a week on Wednesdays.” This information sits directly underneath the product description. Along with an estimated delivery window.

The parcel was delivered and signed for on Friday 14th November, as confirmed by the tracking information. Well within the estimated delivery window.

We couldn’t find any unanswered emails from you because the message you attempted to send was a reply to our automated “noreply” order confirmation email, which states at the top that replies aren’t monitored.

We completely understand the frustration when delivery timings aren’t as expected, and we genuinely appreciate you raising your concerns. We do hope this provides clarity for future customers reading your review and reassures them that all delivery schedules are shown clearly on each product page.

Still waiting a refund from Chirstmas 2022 due to you having no stock of the wine i brought. Shocking service and all i got was constant emails telling me its with accounts to be processed for refund
