After I ordered realised 5 days delivery and coming from Dorking as I live in manchester would not order again as there are more local deliveries who delivery within 2 days.

another delivery for my favourite bubbles. price is much cheaper than anywhere else. I have brought from this supplier before so I know they are reliable. The product is always securely packaged and safely as well as quickly delivered by a good delivery company. Looks like the first bottles will be opened this Sunday ( football thing ). Thankyou once again.

Competitive prices. Easy website to use. I would recommend email communication to be a bit better as I was unsure of the state of my order having never used this company before.
However, they called me back when I couldn’t get through to them and everything was explained. Delivery was within the 5 working days and the wines were well packaged.

I recently bought 12 bottles of my favourite wine from wine deals direct and found the whole process easy and good value.
They had the wine I love in stock and available which has saved me time and money that I would have wasted driving from supermarket to supermarket where they only ever seem to have three or four bottles on the shelf .
I was kept informed of the progress of my order right up to and beyond delivery to my door . The packaging was superb and the driver delivered it with care .
I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly be reordering in the near future

I was very pleased that I was able to order 12 bottles of my favourite pink Pinot Grigio when it was not available at any of the other retailers. The website and the ordering process was very straightforward and I received an order confirmation. The bit that I didn’t like was that the links from the order confirmation didn’t work, and when I tried an email link - I got a message saying there was no such email! I have to admit that at this stage, I thought that I had been scammed. But I’m pleased to say that the website is genuine, I did receive my wine and I’m very pleased about that! I shall be ordering again, and hopefully the links will have been sorted by then!

What an amazing experience! Wine Deals Direct Uk actually pulled off the impossible. Let me start by saying I am not the typical customer. Although I consider myself kind, friendly, polite and understanding, I am very intolerant of poor customer service. At 60, I assume everyone has an angle/agenda so I forced to always do everything in my power to assume I’m going to be cheated, mistreated, or taken advantage of when it comes to a business transaction. Now, with that said, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO WRONG with my presumed assumptions of what was going to happen. Never have I been treated better, never have I been supported more, and never has a company gone out of its way to ensure my satisfaction as winedealsdirect.co.uk. Their patience with me has been EXCEPTIONAL. I have collected spirits for a long time and dealing overseas with companies can often be fraught with worry,confusion, And almost what seems like intentional delays. NOT WITH WINE DEALS DIRECT UK. The staff were not only extremely knowledgeable in their field, they went out of their way to be kind and friendly and to make sure their client received the best possible treatment and care. I must also include that I am not a big fan of doing Overseas Cash wire transfers, especially with a company, I’ve never dealt with before. I will tell you with absolute certainty, putting my reputation as a physician on-the-line, that this company is legit as they come.

Hi I was wondering why my Oder off 12 bottles off LINDEMAN BIN 50 THAT THE LABELS are different and the alcohol content are higher 14 not 13.5 .all so no -tasting notes ie.bold dark fruit / kind regards Pete .his the wine seconds .

Poor customer service, didn't get any notification about delivery, which was late. Not response for email from customer service and didn't update status on them site. Never again

EASY ORDERING PROCESS AND GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY FOR WINES DIFFICULT TO SOURCE IN THE AREA WHERE I LIVE.

Struggled to track my order using the order confirmation email which caused me some concern after seeing some terrible reviews. However after emailing my concerns direct to the company I was called back personally and my concerns were addressed and my order was delivered with no issues and promptly. I have marked it down only as the order tracking was impossible hopefully just a simple matter for their IT team to resolve.

Made an order on 2nd Feb as a gift to a family member.
Recieved a confirmation email but absolute silence since then, tracking information doesn't work in the email! I also emailed on the day of purchase to ask if this order could be sent as a gift, I.e no invoice in the order and have recieved no reply. I have so tried calling numerous times to no avail.
Really wish I'd read the reviews for this 'company' before purchasing. Disappointed

I am so disappointed. Ordered 6 bottles
Of wine 22/1/24 delivery was £5.95 to be delivered within 5 days. After waiting 8 days and no communication from them whatsoever I rang them to be told the wine was out of stock. They didn’t contact me to tell me it was out of stock. So obviously I asked for refund and was told I would receive it within 5 days. Again waited a week and nothing. I emailed them and no reply so I am currently going through paypal to get my money back which they have had since 22/1/24! They have not replied through paypal so I assume they are going to wait until last minute to pay. I will NOT be buying from them again.
