Prompt delivery of wines and all have been good. Recent delivery only one box delivered with an email suggesting damage to the other box. Edicel from wine drops was very responsive to an email from myself and I had a credit applied to my account the same day to the value of the missing wines plus extra for inconvenience. No complaints at all, good customer service.

Wines are good and the delivery service is very reliable . They phone you if you’re not in to get instructions where to leave it. Good wines at cheap prices,just got to buy enough to cover the yearly fee of £119. But you can do that pretty quickly!!!

My very first order went missing after being delivered to the wrong address.
I eventually received a full refund, but only after being passed back and forth between winedops and their delivery service several times.
Awaiting my second/first order and will report my findings on the wine in due course.

Beautiful whispering Angel delivered promptly and in good quality packaging.
