No fault of Wine drops but delivery failed in which Winedrops dealt with it fairly. Courier says they tried to deliver but there was no sign of him / her on our security cameras on and after the date... See more

Over all good experience but Web site sometimes gives me issues.Delivery seems expensive.

I had an issue with my Winedrops…
I had an issue with my Winedrops membership where I had been charged despite being entitled to a free year’s membership following a cancelled champagne festival. Joan dealt with it quickly, clearly and without any fuss.
The refund was processed promptly and my free membership was confirmed. Really appreciated the straightforward and helpful service — thank you, Joan!

Be very careful before ordering from this company.
I placed an order on 23 April for £59.99, believing it was a one-time purchase. There was no clear indication during checkout that I was signing up for an annual subscription.
Two days later, I was charged an additional £119.
Only after this charge did I realise I had been enrolled into a membership, which was not made sufficiently clear at the time of purchase.
I contacted them immediately within their stated 48-hour refund window, as their own policy says customers may be eligible for a full refund. However, I have not received any response within their advertised 24-hour timeframe.
After reading other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue.
I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank.
Proceed with caution.

Really good app and service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS …
From the earliest point of order to now trying to get someone to refund the extra £119 they stole by charging me for something I did not ask or want. So I placed an order for some wine. At no point did it say this was a membership club. So a week later and I’m still waiting for my wine to be sent. The app says out of stock for 4 wks but they took my £75 Then they took a further £119 without my knowledge or agreement. Then to cancel their subscription they send you a link to another company called unsubby who charge £9.95 to unsubscribe So far it’s been a total rip off and I have had to contact my bank and PayPal to instigate refunds. I would avoid this company at all costs because it will cost you
