Extremely happy with my order
Extremely happy with my order. My mom's birthday was on Saturday, 28th of May and as she lives in a different country (Italy) I wanted to surprise her with a beautiful bouquet, so I've ordered one from another seller a week in advance. The day came and it became apparent that the bouquet will not be delivered due to courier company not working weekends, so I had to find an urgent replacement that could be delivered same day - and I am happy to say that Wineflowers did an AMAZING job! The flowers were delivered within 3 hours and absolutely made my mom's day!
There was an issue with florist not having enough peonies for the full bouquet, and I was promptly informed and asked if it is okay to replace missing peonies with other flowers. The result was even more beautiful than the original and I really appreciated being contacted about this.
Will definitely order again!!

Unprofessional, untrustworthy. Will only disappoint
I ordered flowers in advance, order cancelled the day before delivery. Unprofessional. I dont have enough time now to find a florist I can actually trust to deliver on time. Spent £70 won't be ordering again
