The order took a bit longer than expected. Also, the order was for wine of the year 2017, while the wine for 2018 was delivered. For the rest no complaints.

Bought again wonderful Port and I am very happy with the purchase. Took a few days longer for delivery, because of some strike in the transport sector. I had to inquire myself, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise , well done! I like the good and ample choices of lots of diffrent wines and spirits. I will be back for more for sure.

Do not trust this shop!
They were quick with the money transaction but never got the wine, any response oder feedback.
The phone numbers are not working and on any other social media platform they do not care.

Well worth stopping by
We had a wonderful tour of the property and a very enjoyable tasting of three wines on a very hot day.
Thanks to Catarina for her warm welcome and knowledge of the property.
We also purchased some wine which we continued to enjoy during our holiday.

Avoid this company
I placed an order on 1 July and have not been able to get a response from this joke of a company ever since.
I have tried calling, whatsapp, email & webchat. No response.
I am contacting my bank to reverse the charge and report this as fraud.
Definitely the worst e-commerce experience I have ever had.

You processed my order on July 9th 2024 and shipped it out. 5 weeks is a long time between placing an order and getting a response.
Not sure what went wrong but I was expecting a faster turnaround than the 5 weeks to process my order.

I placed an order on 5 May and my account was charged accordingly. Since then: nothing. No confirmation of despatch. No reply to my correspondence via their chatbot and subsequent emails enquiring about my order, then requesting a refund. I think I have lost a lot of money. I wish I had looked at TrustPilot before I place my order. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.
