Shambolic
I had a disastrous experience with this company, I had 3 orders in before Christmas and had to email on numerous occasions to establish whether they had been delivered. Eventually two were delivered 2 weeks late and after another string of emails from me the final delivery was made 6 weeks late.
No apology whatsoever instead I was assured people appreciate wine any time of year!! Very high handed attitude indeed.
