Great wines with excellent 'customer service'

All the wines from this supplier, that I have had the pleasure of drinking, reflect quality through and through. This consistency of quality is a rarity that I have seldom experienced with other companies. The smoothness and taste is only complimented by the absence of any 'hang-overs'. However my admiration for these wines is equally balanced with that of the outstanding 'customer service' I recently experienced. I am so impressed with the range of wines that selected a case to be forwarded to a relative in a different jurisdiction. I neglected to add a postcode and there was a delay. I contacted the ever helpful Sherril and she put in the work (no equivocation!) to get the matter sorted. Excellent service,highly recommended. Thank you. I should add that my wine case was ordered one evening and was delivered the next day - amazing.
