My husband has mobility challenges, so the planning for our South African dream safari was extensive — and full of questions from me! Gemma and Sam were outstanding throughout, and their professionalism gave me complete confidence that our trip would be exceptional.

Every detail was taken care of, from airport transfers to transport between destinations. The lodges — Clifftop Lodge and Impodimo — were absolute dream destinations, each offering unforgettable comfort and breathtaking surroundings. We saw every animal we could have hoped for, guided by excellent rangers, and enjoyed truly fantastic food.

A dedicated representative was also available in South Africa, ensuring we had support if needed. Thank you, Winged Boots — you were outstanding and made this the holiday of a lifetime.

The attention to detail and the great options that Winged Boots come up with is great. They recommend some amazing places and our last visit to Puglia at Canne Bianche was sublime. The hotel and staff were all fantastic.

Winged Boots are not a travel agency, they are personalised holiday provider; at least that’s how I view them. They don’t sell you a holiday, they learn about you, your family, your preferences down to detail and only then provide a list of holiday experiences you’re more likely to like. For example, think Dubai…. Most people will assume Atlantis is the place to go, but Jack knows our preferences and advises against it. We visited for the day instead and loved the water park but absolutely wouldn’t be right for us to stay there.

We have never failed to enjoy a holiday booked via Winged Boots.

I’ve used Winged boots for what feels like forever. The service is next to none and they really do everything to make sure your holiday is great from the moment you contact them. Prompt responses and each staff is knowledgable to the destination, your looking for. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Our Travel Manager , Jack Stean , organised a fabulous trip for us from our initial input , with suggestions on optimising it as we went along. The trip was incredible , though our return flight got cancelled for no reason but within a few hours ( even with time difference) Jack had got us booked on the next flight that we wanted , rather than accepting the airlines offer

We where a group of 6 and made lots of changes before finalising the holiday

Winged boots had 3 jobs to do .
Book flights to Dubai from Manchester .
Book flights to Manchester from Dubai .
Book the hotel of our choice .
Unfortunately on receipt of our tickets , the return flight was to Birmingham ? Their explanation from Winged boots was that Emirates had done a schedule change , and we were just unlucky and could of ended up in Glasgow. This was not the case , The flight did go back to Manchester as scheduled and with spaces in business class . Emirates did not know of any schedule change. So Winged Boots ...Not the best.
