Customer service is not good. Have repeatedly asked for subscription to be and they still keep sending it. Takes forever to get money back, if they even answer your emails

A very nice dessert. No sugar, low calorie, what more could you ask for. If you approach it like it will taste like premium hi-fat ice cream you will be disappointed, it is like sherbert, only in fantastic flavors.

I love that there's a vegan/keto ice cream option... that's 5 star.
Some of the flavors taste exactly the same... that's 2 star.
The prices ARE quite high... that's 2 star.
The taste of many of the flavors including: cinnabun, chocolate, smores, pumpkin are great... that's 5 stars.
The low carb, no sugar is a solid 6 stars.
Hence the combo rating of 4 stars.

Outstanding customer service! The ice creams are great for when you need to mindlessly indulge in an entire pint without the guilt. The taste is different from “regular” ice creams, but definitely satisfies cravings!

the product is fantastic. I love it. There are problematic issues with deliveries of orders, which has been the case off and on for two years. Communication is the main issue. But I love Wink so much that I will continue to buy it.
