I have ordered a cake for my brother's…

I have ordered a cake for my brother's birthday through their claimed COD option, they mentioned to call back to me for order confirmation, and nothing happened afterwards. Don't know how they perform on their other payment options but their COD is joke and fraud! The order is still pending in their pending order section as of this day.

Delivery not made and no refunds either as it was flowers. I asked how to raise a complaint about this and no response. Waste of money and will never use it again. Wish I read reviews here before using the service

The worst service ever

The worst service ever. I ordered the cake and flowers for my uncle and aunty and the delivery was totally different from the image shown of the cake.
I can share the photo of the product ordered and actual delivery. It doesnt match at all.
There is no live tracking mechanism.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Winni.
I ordered a birthday cake and flower bouquet for my wife, but the delivery was completely unsatisfactory. The cake arrived without the name tag and birthday message, and the design was entirely different from what I had selected.
Additionally, the flowers were not fresh, which ruined the whole purpose of the surprise.
This shows a clear lack of quality control and attention to customer requirements. I would not recommend their services for any special occasions.

Number one fraudsters

Winni cakes were good and reliable a few years back. Right now they have become a group of scammers. They accept online orders and will never ever deliver on time. You will never get a chance to get in touch with them over the phone regarding your order status. I ordered at morning 9 am and tried till evening to get in touch with them. Finally they delivered at late night and when I received the order it was completely bad low quality cake and the flowers along with it was completely damaged. Here comes the main part. Once you have placed the order after paying the amount you're done. They won't hear any of your feedback or complaints. You will end up sending emails continuously without any action from their side. It's high time such poor service and bad quality companies like Winni should be avoided. Never ever try your luck with them

I’m extremely disappointed with my order

I’m extremely disappointed with my Valentine’s Day order experience with Winni. My husband sent me a combo gift (Dairy Milk, bouquet, cake, greeting card, and teddy), but what I received was incomplete and incorrect. Instead of the ₹149 Dairy Milk, they sent a ₹10 KitKat, and the cake and greeting card were missing entirely.

The delivery was also very late and dissatisfied. I got informed through message it would arrive between 10 AM–2 PM, but it was delivered only after at 8 PM. Even he missed to give me Cake, i contacted him and requested to deliver this same day. But he delivered on the next day, which is unacceptable for a Valentine’s Day gift meant for that specific occasion. And the expected cake is Chocolate cake with Valentine’s Day writings, but i received Black forest with birthday writings.

Also the delivery boy's attitude is too rude and unprofessional. Atleast he could deliver the cake on same day, that is completely his mistake only. After my request also he ignored and while delivering the cake he's doing too much attitude behavior and didn't even apologises about his mistake.

This kind of service is highly unprofessional and disappointing. I expected timely delivery and correct items, especially for a special day. I hope Winni takes responsibility and improves their service quality.

Please dont order from them

Please dont order from them. They are a scam, they will say they had attempted to deliver but no one picked up. Then they will cancel the order without any further attempts and will not refund the money. In essence they dont call but lie and they take your money like that. Phone number they provide are mostly switched off or not picked. This is a scam fraudulent company.

I haven't had this level of bad…

I haven't had this level of bad experience on a Valentine's day ever before. Firstly, the order was paid and accepted for a specific time delivery on 14th Feb (8am-12pm) but was only partly delivered after 09.30pm. Secondly, the order was shown as fully delivered but 2 key items were not delivered (mug and personalized water bottle). No intimations on this from your side. We had to call back the delivery company at 10pm after we noticed short delivery and they told us that they had informed you these items were out of stock!! Still no intimation to me on this from you and it still shows fully delivered. Lastly, there is no way to contact you either by phone, whatsapp or chat. No response whatsoever. I have been trying to reach you all day since yesterday. Disappointing, Terrible experience and customer service so far.
I am going to take this up seriously through social media and through consumer protection forums in Bangalore. The gifts were supposed to be delivered to my wife on 14th Feb and there is no point in getting those today or in the future. Do not order from winni.in

Ruined my Valentine day not a trust worthy website

Deeply disappointed with Winni. I came across this site after a Google search and registered to proceed but unaware of negative reviews, placed an order on 13th February night for special occasion 14th Feb Valentine’s delivery (slot between 10 AM and 9 PM). The order was never delivered till midnight 12.14am...Still awaiting paid for express delivery.
I trusted the delivery commitment shown on the website. My hard-earned money has been wasted, and an important family happiness has been completely ruined.
I urge Winni to take responsibility if you are really a genuine site and values customer, provide a clear explanation, and process a prompt refund in line with customer service and consumer protection standards. Kindly don't play with emotions, also don't give misleading 5 star reviews.

This website cannot trust, after non delivery of the my order I checked the reviews and saw many negative remarks this is not trustable site to deliver expectation. Total fraud and no response to email, calls, delivery status. My order never delivered. Someone needs to report this and bring the site down. I lost INR 2500 which I paid online. Only when you make payment you get acknowledgement . But service never delivered.

Spoiled the function and the order never reached to me .On calling their customer care , no answer even after waiting 20 mins twice and thrice.Completely frustrating experience and make your good time into(not a bad) but worst one.

I also got a message showing it’s been delivered whie it was and No one knows where it is.So finally no cake , no refund, no person to help , no number of delivery person. I request who want disappointing experience must buy a cake from here.

Highly disappointment by the service of this app. They totally ruined my special day.. And on top of that they are not receiving calls or other numbers are not reachable. Even after paying extra for delivery for same day the items are not delivered till 10 pm. The day is already gonna be over and no update on delivery status. You have no right to ruin someone's special day. If you are not capable to fulfill your order than u should not take orders. Then we would have chosen some other plateform for service. Please don’t order from this platform

Please do yourself a favor and don’t order from this platform. I’ve had the worst customer associate experience with them. The person was so rude and almost threatening in his behaviour when questioned about their delivery timelines. There is no solution given nor do they have patience to listen to a problem.Makes me wonder if they screen the background of the staff who have been hired at the call centre as they sound like hooligans. My repeated requests to speak to a supervisor were denied and it’s been a horrible experience so far.

I had a very frustrating experience with this business. The customer service was rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in resolving the issue. I was given misleading information, and when I questioned it, I was ignored and passed around with no clear answers.
What’s worse is that the situation felt deceptive and dishonest, making me seriously question their integrity. I felt misled and taken advantage of, which is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and peace of mind—there are far better and more honest options out there.

Absolute scam of a website which deals with customer care issues in the way that I have attached in images with proof. Never ever order from these scamsters
I emailed them the following email to receive a response that the roses they sent are the same as the picture of what I ordered .

I received a call saying carnations are not available can we do white and red roses.
I asked about cost difference. Your sales executive was quite curt in responding aap website pe dekhlo rose and carnation same Hota hai.
I let it go. You sent this PATHETIC bouquetto my dear friend. I am full of shame at the quality of bouquet you have delivered .
