I am beyond frustrated with my…

I am beyond frustrated with my experience on this website. I ordered a cake, and it arrived damaged. When I reached out to customer service for help, they refused to assist me because I didn’t have a picture of the box—something I had already thrown away. Instead of offering a solution, they’re just making excuses. This is terrible customer service, and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Ruin your occasion by WINNI

I recently ordered plants and chocolates as gift for my mom dad's anniversary Winni completely ruined it. As it showed it will sent ceramic plant holders but has sent plastic plant holders. They charged more showing ceramic plant holders.

Such a shame

Order delivery was late more than 10 days
Plastic containers instead of ceramic containers
Winni ruins occasion and fools customers

Invite them if you wanna ruin your loved ones occasion.

The product was mid night delivery- for which I paid extra, and it was not delivered on time. Infact it was delivered almost after 24 hours. When I asked for refund of extra charges for mid night delivery, as I paid extra and it was not delivered, they are going back and fro and refunding only part of it. The team is clueless and not responsive. I pinged them on Watsapp and no one replied even after days. They are responding only on emails and that too not getting what is being said. Horrible, horrible experience- never recommended at all.

Worst experience while i ordered cake for my in law who is 87 year old and they didnt deliver even by 9pm. Worst and rude customer care. Never use this service. They have fake reviews on their website. Beware of this website. I hope it gets blocked.

A pleasant surprise. Good work Winni!

I regretted placing the order as soon as I did it, as I realised too late that Winni has terrible reviews. Amazingly, the cake was delivered as promised, within a few hours of ordering it. It was a gift for my friend in Pune, she enjoyed the taste very much and liked the accompanying flower bouquet. They also added a complimentary sparkler candle with the order and this made her day, she loved it. The flowers looked fresh and the cake was tasty, the delivery was timely and efficient - what a success! An excellent experience considering all the bad reviews that Winni has got. Obviously their supplier in Pune is very good! Keep up the good work guys.

This company's Business model is based…

This company's Business model is based on ripping of the customers. Please do not use this service at any cost. they are banking on the fact that over 50% receivers will fail to pick up the phone when called and that give them the excuse not to even attempt to deliver to the address. on asking why the product is not delivered the response is there was no response on the phone you gave us. While the contract terms they will attempt one delivery but they have circumvented by saying we called he did not pick up so we have taken this as no one is home and on our books the delivery is made. Now the real game starts. they not only do not want to deliver at extra delivery cost they also eat up the cost of your booked product and enjoy it them self. Never order any thing from them as they treat the customer as idiots and have no intent to deliver your products but to avail the opportunity where if the receiver don't pickup the phone Then they don't even attempt to deliver and keep the parcel and all your costs for it.

Not a legit business...Don't recommend!

This business does not seem to be legitimate. My order did not get delivered (to Hosur) and they did not refund the money. Their WhatsApp support keeps repeating the "apologies for inconvenience ... " with no proper resolution. They did not even inform that they could not deliver with a valid reason. I have to keep following up everyday! Very frustrating and unreliable business.

I would not recommend this site/business.

Very bad service when first slot of delivery ur delivery partner called to the receiver's number and they share location as well afterthat that guy not delivered and when second time again when i reorder and pay the payment again for delivery ur company has send the get well soon card instead of diwali card what is this

Extremely Disappointing Experience:
I had ordered a cake from this website, but the product I received looked nothing like what was shown in the description or pictures — except for the color. I was extremely disappointed with both the presentation and the quality of the cake.
Not only did it fail to resemble the advertised image, but the taste was also completely unacceptable. This experience fell far below the standard I expected from your service and was frankly insulting as a customer.
I reached out requesting a refund since the cake was nowhere close to what was promised, but there was no proper resolution. The response — or lack of it — shows how poorly this website handles customer concerns. They don’t seem to care about quality or satisfaction.
I don't see the option to attach pictures. I wish if I could share the pictures for reference.

How Winni deceives people

I want people to notice how Winni deceive us ... I placed an order ( 510124604850 [Status: In Progress ]) on 12th October 25, expected delivery was 15th October25 for someone’s birthday. On 16th evening I contacted them. I was told that their policy document clearly stated ‘no guarranty of delivery time; expected delivery is a tentative time estimate’; my order might get delivered by 19th October, since it would be delivered by a local courier’!!! Then why at all put an expected delivery date? Why Winni cannot predeclare that an order will be delivered by local courier? Because, simply they want to ensure you fall for the trap and prepay!!! This is unethical, frauding and fooling. People should STOP using their service.

Absolutely appalling experience with…

Absolutely appalling experience with Winnie. I ordered a cake weeks in advance for my brother’s 20th birthday, expecting a professional product — instead, I received a disaster.

The cake looked nothing like the image shown and tasted horrible. There was no sweetness, and it honestly seemed like it was baked by someone doing it for the first time. To make matters worse, I was informed last minute that the cake I ordered wasn’t available, and they sent a cheap, inferior replacement instead.

This ruined a special milestone birthday. The lack of professionalism, care, and quality is unbelievable. I will never order from Winnie again, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere.

Do not trust them with any special occasion — this company clearly cannot deliver what they promise.

Very disappointed with this service. There was no update or communication after placing the order. At the last minute, they changed the flowers and there was no response when I tried to reach out. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable experience. Please DO NOT waste money on them..
