I’ve been a loyal customer of Winni for years, but this recent experience has completely shattered my trust. I ordered a Mother’s Day gift well in advance for delivery on May 11th. Shockingly, the gift was forcefully delivered on May 13th, two full days late — completely ruining the sentiment and timing of the occasion. My elderly mother was left confused and unaware, which was heartbreaking.
Despite multiple emails and messages requesting cancellation and a refund, Winni never responded. No apology, no update — just pure negligence. And now, to make matters worse, they are refusing to refund the money.
It’s extremely disheartening to see how a company that once offered good service now fails to maintain even basic customer support. It’s clear they’ve lost focus on quality after building a customer base.
Shameful service. Zero accountability. I will never use Winni again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them too.

The web app ordering process commits to a maximum delivery date. Truth is Winni cannot commit the exact delivery date and time.
Why does it even provide the maximum delivery date in the web app of Winni?
Customer service chat is horrible they unapologetically and nonchalantly tells "At least 7-10 working days" for third party service
after completely missing the delivery date by more than 2 days. No refund process for non-delivery.

Worst company ever!. Bought a mothers day cake & bouquet. There was no updates when it will be delivered.. later my mom had to go & pick up the order because the delivery guy failed to.show up. The cake was OK.. but the bouquet was pathetic. Nothing like the picture.. hardly any leaves & very less flowers...no big ribbons & fancy packing like advertised. It came in a small plastic cpne wrapped together. So small...I paid 600rs for a bouquet that I could have bought for 100rs in mu local flower shop😡

Appears to be a fraudulent website. I ordered a Cake for Mother's Day. The order has not been delivered yet. The scheduled delivery time was yesterday evening. The number provided on their website is not reachable. Nobody answered. Also, sent several messages to their WhatsApp help number, but no response. I received an automated message stating that no agents were available. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID. THIS APPEARS TO BE A FRAUDULENT SITE.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service. I placed an order for a cake. However, the cake has not been delivered, and I have not received any communication regarding the delay.
Despite multiple attempts to contact your customer service team via phone and email, I have not received any response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. Furthermore, I have not been issued a refund for the undelivered order. I placed an order for Mother’s Day, selected time slot to be 10am-2pm.

There was no delivery made until 2:30pm. I called the customer service and spoke with representative. She informed that the order is out for delivery and will be delivered shortly.
9:50pm and no delivery was made. I tried calling the customer service, no one answer. I sent several messages, no response.
I checked the status of the delivery and it is showing delivered at 8:54pm.
Sent email and called next morning over 20 times, no one is answering the calls, no response to the email sent over 12 hours ago. I tried their WhatsApp chat help functionality and it just sent me an automated message saying no agents were available
I DO NOT RECOMMEND their services.
Undelivered Order Marked as Delivered
I had a terrible experience with Winni. My order was not delivered at all, yet it was falsely marked as delivered. When I tried contacting customer support, the representative disconnected the call midway, and after that, no one responded.
To make things worse, the delivery person was rude and unprofessional, refusing to deliver the order and telling me to "talk to customer care" before abruptly ending the conversation.
This is completely unacceptable. For a platform that claims to deliver happiness, this was nothing but frustration and poor service. No communication, no apology, and no resolution.
I strongly do not recommend Winni to anyone looking for reliable service.

Absolutely trash service. I placed two orders for mother's day. Sent two bouquets in different locations. Not only were both orders not delivered within the slot. The number provided on their website put me on an indefinite queue. Nobody answered. After many attempts it finally connected and there was silence on the other end. I cut the call out of frustration. I tried their WhatsApp chat help functionality and it just sent me an automated message saying no agents were available! I did not contact them after work hours. So why was nobody available to help?? I'm so furious. I hope nobody has to suffer an experience like this. DO NOT RECOMMEND. horrible. You'd rather try your local shops or other such services. Winni deserves negative stars.

Ordered 2 items with a note, all to be delivered together on a particular time slot (timing slots available on their site).
Delivered 1 item only to the recipient and then sent me message saying both items were delivered.
Then on following up they said they will send second item and the note. And 5 hrs later they delivered ONLY the second item without the note. By then the recipient had left home so they had to give to security. I had told them they need to put the note in an envelope or something if its being given to security and they said theres no envelope. I said okay atleast deliver the note with the second item and they ended up delivering just the item! No note nothing!

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Flower bouquet was dull (maybe old ones), cake had misspelt birhday instead if birthday and they called in the morning to break the surprise when final delivery was 6pm. Pathetic!!! Avoid them!! Quality of product and service-both are horrible!!!

Utterly Disappointed – Worst Experience Ever
I placed an order from London, genuinely believing this company was reliable and professional. I sent a cake and teddy for a friend and made sure to choose a round-shaped cake specifically to avoid any awkwardness. But what did they deliver? A heart-shaped cake completely inappropriate and embarrassing, especially because she was surrounded by people. I’m not her lover I was simply sending a kind gesture, and they turned it into something uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, when I called to raise the issue, the person who answered was shockingly rude. No apology, no attempt to understand just pure arrogance and a total lack of basic customer service. He even claimed I was raising the complaint after 24 hours, when in fact, the cake was delivered at 2:17 PM on 5th April, and I contacted them at 9:55 PM the same day.
This entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and completely unprofessional. I trusted this company and they delivered nothing but stress. Please don’t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of better options out there.
